I absolutely LOVE yoga with Julie!! I’d have a very hard time going to anyone else. She just makes everyone feel welcome and relaxed. She’s more than a yoga instructor, she’s a friend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Julie when she came to Prince Edward County. I had only ever practiced yoga at home but loved the experience of her classes. Her yin was an intense and amazing experience!! I credit her classes and reflexology for making my pregnancy so enjoyable. I love that Julie continues to learn and grow and her treatments and teaching reflect that. Time spent with her in any way is always beneficial, if you get a chance to, I highly recommend!!

I have been practising with Julie for over two years. She has a welcoming and calming presence in her classes and in life. She’s caring, compassionate and comforting when it’s needed in classes. She’s very aware of different bodies and our unique movements & requirements, there’s no pressure to look or move a certain way, while still advancing our practice. I strongly recommend her classes to any person interested in or currently practicing yoga.
