We were very lucky to find this company to install our 240 volt outlet for our ev vehicle. The service was exceptional from start to finish. They were very professional, always on time with good communication, took great care and did a thorough job, as well as cleaned up everything afterwards. In order to install our Heat Pump, we needed to fully upgrade our Electrical. We were recommended to use D16 Technologies and couldn't have had a better experience. Callum and Trent were always polite and professional, extremely responsive and did a fantastic job for us. With our house being an older home, they ended up having to navigate through multiple site visits from Hydro and the City which took a little longer than expected and they never hesitated to do what was required to get us through to completion. In the end, we have our new Heat Pump installed and working perfectly, all new Electrical upgrades exceeding even what we asked for, and everything has passed all inspections. Callum followed up after to make sure we had all the permits for our files as well.
