Jac G Tattoos

Had my second tattoo completed by Jac just before the holidays. Booking was made simple with easy and friendly communication via email. If you are looking to book with Jac, please keep an eye out on her social media for when her books open. As this is a small business with one artist at the moment, following instructions on how to book is very important.The studio was very clean and welcoming. Emm and Jac are friendly and welcoming hosts. Jac provided excellent aftercare instructions and even though it's only been 3 weeks, my tattoo is feeling great and looking fresh!Looking forward to booking again soon in the new year!

Jac is an incredibly talented artist. Her studio is amazing and super clean. My experience with her was the best I've had in all my years getting tattoos. 10/10 would ink again!

Exceptionally clean, and welcoming shop. Staff are very kind, courteous, and incredibly talented. The amount of professionalism cannot be overstated. Every detail and concern I had was taken with sincerity, and addressed promptly.

Working with Jac has always been a positive experience. She was very upfront and honest about what she thinks would work and what wouldn’t, but come up with a solution so that you’re still getting what you wanted. The shop she opened embodies her personality. It is so warm and welcoming, and you immediately feel the positive energy when you walk through those doors. I absolutely love her work, I’ve been getting different items for a little over 5 years, and I’m happy with every one of them.

was really excited to work with Jac because I had been admiring her work for a very long time, and was initially signed up for booking a tattoo in September. I was told that I would have to wait until the next round of bookings to accommodate my Monday to Friday 8am-4pm schedule and that I would be reached out to for availabity for December or January. I responded promptly and was absolutely fine with waiting.I received a very respectful email in December for only one booking in mid Feburary, but unfortunately it still did not accommodate my schedule which we had spoken about multiple times beforehand, and I did feel as though it was not put into consideration especially when it is stated that clients “must respond by January 4th or will not be offered a spot”.I did respectfully reply that this did not work for me and asked if there were any other available times, later stating that I did not feel like my availability was taken into consideration.Unfortunately I was immediately met with a rude email back with my name spelt wrong and basically telling me to leave the business alone as she is not a huge corporation. This was followed by a PUBLIC post on her professional page about my email. After sending another email today expressing again that I felt as though my availability was not taken into consideration especially after communicating about it for months, and that I was sad to see a business owner post publicly about clients in a negative way, I got an immediate response from Jac completely disregarding those concerns, and stating to me that I come off as “entitled” for expecting a response from her in regards to my booking.I am disappointed that I was treated this way and because of this experience would unfortunately not recommend.(As a suggestion if you are on vacation and do not want to be bothered by emails, there is an option to mute and have automated responses which can update clients on when you will be reading the messages)

Jacqueline is a great artist. Her space is really comfortable and super clean. She’s super funny too!
