Lake Vista Dental, Dr. Reinblatt and Custodia (and of course, Holly!) have been my dental team" for quite a few years now. I needed a new dentist after my former dentist of some 16 years retired. I'm very comfortable going there and I am confident that I am getting the best of care from them. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Lake Vista Dental."

Don't go here unless you enjoy being treated like garbage by receptionists. Holly is an aweful human being with no respect or people skills. She lies, puts down employees at other dental offices, cancels emergency tooth extraction appointments for something more important"

I am astonished by the negative reviews. My family and I have been going to Lake Vista Dental since we moved here from Northern Ontario. They are always kind, courteous, and honest. Secondly, their work is top notch. From the minute you're in touch with them Holly makes you feel welcomed. I now travel over an hour to be a patient of Dr. Wurman, because it's 100% worth it.

Absolute worst place, the one dentist is rude, and if you miss one appointment cause your barfing your guts up they cancel you indefinitely. There are better dentist out there that don't want to risk other patients.

I had to double check the location when reading through the reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences in this clinic. The hygienists and dentists have both been very thorough and have provided great feedback/advice. The receptionist has also been extremely pleasant in my experience, so I have no idea where all the comments about rudeness is coming from.

Five stars easiest choice I've ever made. I am somebody who was traumatized Years Ago by a previous dentist and thought I would never get back in a dental chair again well, after getting an emergency extraction done on a wisdom tooth, i was so confident I booked another appointment immediately after it. Absolutely great job from the bottom all the way to the top. Receptionist, dental assistant and doctor all did a fantastic job! Thank you so much.

So my rating hasnt changed after 4 months of going to this dentist. There secratary is very incopotent and has no idea how to do her job or how to treat people. No matter if you call or come in shes aways very very rude. You will also never be able to see your records which is fully illegal and if you ask for a print out it doesnt exist except one saying the amount you owe and not why you owe it which insurance companies will just laugh at and never pay for. I garantee they are running an insurance scam, charging to much, hence why you cant get proper documentation. This dentist will very much just cause you stress and a hole in your wallet when your insurance claim bounces back.Well so far I have spent 50 min waiting in the waiting room. Brand new patient having to wait 50 min passed original appointment time. Stupid very stupid. I made this appointment a week ago and It seems like 5 other people were booked at the same time as me. So if you like wasting your day waiting around be my guest and be a patient here

I recently moved into the area and was looking for a new dentist she asked if I have insurance I said I am on mat leave and have benefits through Ontario works but .... And she said no sorry we don't take Ontario works and hung up!!!! If she had let me finish she would have heard that I don't think they cover what I have and I will have my regular benefits through work back next week. And would just pay out of pocket and get it remburised. Absoultly discusting how I was treat because I said Ontario works"!! I then called back and asked for an office manager or owner she said I am the only one so I told her that I didn't appricate being hung up on just because I said Ontario works and explained about my insurance she then said well you should have said that to start and hung up again!!!! She has now lost out on 3 new patients and I don't normal one to do reviews but ppl who can treat other this way with such disrespect is why this world is such an ugly place. I would not go to this dentist if it was the only one in Oshawa just out of principal!!!"

Dr. Avi Wurman and Dr. Sharon Sussman are two Dentists I respect and admire. You are fortunate to have them take care of your teeth.
