As a fellow healthcare provider - I cannot express how great Dr Robertson was with me! I have spells where I have vertigo and feel off balance for days on end and it’s super distressing. Dr Robertson was very patient and kind with me and conducted multiple tests right away. He gave me resources as well as exercises and activities plus options for the future.

First impressions are important. I booked an appointment here for the 21st. I arrived and they informed me I had booked for the 20th.That’s a big no, after I travelled from Guelph, received no notice that I had missed my supposed early appointment. When I told reception they were wrong, they remembered they were wrong yet still accused me thusly.This office has people with head trauma coming in, their patients do not need any extra confusion from a receptionist who is rude and has no idea what they are doing.Edit: the doctor is a great guy! Very informative, gave me a ton of information in a format that was easy to understand.
