Fantastic service makes booking passengers and charging reasonable rates easy! Great app that allows everyone to stay connected with each other throughout the trip. Driver/passenger rating system and record of no shows or last minute cancellations encourages best behaviour of all parties :D!!The only thing I found a bit inconvenient is that when my trip followed a different route than originally planned, even though I didn't have any bookings on the Kingston-Ottawa leg, I was unable to edit the trip to remove the Kingston pickup to prevent people from finding it in their searches and then had to explain that I was no longer stopping in Kingston in the details or directly to the passenger on enquiry/booking.

Very good initiative. I come from a place in Ontario where we have very less commutation facilities. It's very difficult to get a ride to travel from my city to another. Poparide is affordable, and accessible. Moreover, the person who gave me ride was very good. I will certainly use this platform in future.

Professional, polite drivers so far. I however found two things that could be improved;For 3+ hour rides, I don't think the driver should be allowed to sit 3 people at the back. It is very uncomfortable. My legs were numb and my knees hurt by the time I reached Montreal/Toronto. I would like to have an options to pay a little more for a little more comfort.The pick-up drop off points need to be a little more convenient for the passengers as they are paying for the service. Again, I would like an option to pay a little extra to get to where I am going.

All good from initial contact to drop off. Love pop a ride. Second time using and a great deal to get where you want.

If you're new to the country and have no car. This is the best and cheapest way to get from town to town. Also get the chance to meet people from all over and have great conversations
