My wife had something in her eye that was irritating. We called Envision and luckily they had an appointment slot for an eye exam available for next day. We are new to Canada so we didn't have health services card yet but they still accommodated us. The staff was well informed and kind. My wife had a quick 10-min pre-test after which the Dr. saw her. The Dr.'s diagnosis and explanation was very helpful in understanding the situation and our options. We immediately went with the recommendation and my wife felt a lot better after. Excellent work. Thank you very much.

This was the second time I purchased glasses at the Costco Optical Centre in Abbotsford and both times I was helped by Rick. I highly recommend that you get your glasses here. Rick is so friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He will give you honest advice about what will work for you and what styles look the best. He works hard to make sure that you get great-looking glasses that meet your specific needs and lifestyle. In addition to the amazing service, the prices for glasses are excellent! And although I haven't had to take advantage of it, their return policy sounds very good.

Been taking my two children (toddler and school age) and myself to this optometry centre and we have always had a great experience. I had an issue once with spelling on a receipt for myself for my insurance and they were quick to help me and send it back. Super professional and wonderful staff. We will be back
