After terrible service from another dealership in town, I was on a time crunch to get a new vehicle after an accident and during a vehicle shortage no less. Mitch found me a beautiful 2023 Encore in my price range and had me in it just shy of 24 hours after meeting with him. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and down to earth. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful. Clean building and nice and bright! Cars inside to look at and not noisy. Tv in waiting area, vending machine and free coffee.

Not impressed with the service I got after buying 3 vehicles there and going in for my 4th one. Felt very rushed and made to feel like I was a bother to them. Wil go else where
