Cosentino Centre Vancouver

I’m not sure I can recommend this brand. We updated our kitchen just over a year ago and the counter is definitely not holding up to daily use.The island (Et. Bella) seems to be fine, the outer counters (Miami White Polished) are chipping and staining! Cork coaster from IKEA… permanently stained a circle, blueberry container… left a mark, all pots and pans need to have a piece of cloth under them. Coffee bar, which gets little use beyond coffee cups placed on it…chipping on the edges… sink..multiple chips. It must be a faulty batch because the island which gets far more use, has no apparent issues.Hopefully they honour their warranty, which we need to figure out how to activate it.

The big guys always win…Ordered the CHARCOAL Soapstone from them as I had samples that showed us a CHARCOAL colour.The first slab arrived with manufacture defect, delayed our project for a month.. Not their problem, so as a customer you have to be understandable for their issues, they will appreciate your patience, your business and of course your money… but you have to waitThe second slab got ordered and installed on Dec 23... Is it CHARCOAL… no it’s BLUE. Not an ounce of charcoal in there.I had to wait after the holidays to meet with them and dispute this.Beginning of January, I had the visit from Cassie and she agreed that the colour was way off from both of our samples.Then Nav took over and reviewed this with their SPAIN Office as apparently no one onsite can’t make a decision. I guess that business run itself without a big guru!! Wouldn’t want to be a shareholder in that business with no management that can make decisions for customer service.Here we are now on Feb 17, having to take another slab colour that I actually do not want and not part of my original design. We decided to stay with them to make things easier and also thinking that if customer decided to still give you his business that you would sweeten the deal… Nope, not with them. Stock in their bureaucracy, they are charging us the restocking fees of 25% for the backsplash we ordered a long time ago… “Sorry we only take slabs without fees within 30 days…” Really, is there anything in my story here that tells you that I decided to wait that long to get my countertop done?In the end, I will have a countertop and backsplash colour that I do not want. With all the fees incurred, I still pay my installer for the full price for the charcoal soapstone while getting a cheaper option with the wrong color. Out of that deal once the installer (Great by the way) gets their money to remove and reinstall, I will get a big $100 off from my invoice.What a joke!Great customer service… not sure about thatWould I recommend this overpriced company… not in a million years.Did I mention that I might have my countertops installed by mid march?Well done Nav and Team

Amazing service from Ray at Cosentino. Was an hour late to our appointment, but he was very accomodating, knowledgeable and passionate about the product. Showroom was great, displaying the wide range of Cosentino products and even got a look at the warehouse slabs.

Constantino deals with installers.They have quite a lot of product on hand and much more available for ordering.Shannon did a great job for us. She showed us product we could have earlier rather than later.Especially due to covid, there are long waits for a lot of products, Shannon saved us from that long wait with her knowledge of the product on hand.

Thanks Cosentino. Our Kitchen reno has been quite journey and the countertops were a multistage event. My wife and I had an amazing time at the Cosentino showroom. The slabs on display were great to see in a kitchen island/ realistic setting (I was tired of looking at a sample and trying to imagine a full countertop). Raymond helped us and he was the BEST. He brought us through the warehouse and showed us an array of choices that really helped us work through what we wanted. We selected two slabs that we liked and they marked them and put them aside for us. Raymond and Cassie helped us tons!!! (Thanks")Thanks for all the help."

Raymon is absolutely incredible - he provided us with the greatest customer service and found me a (reasonably priced!) stone that didn't look like a low res version of Calacatta marble. He listens well so when he provides options, they're all great options haha. He made the process seamless and fun. And he really takes the time with his customers. After having visited 4 other places recommended by our fabricator (and being pretty disappointed with them), there was no doubt that we were going to go with Cosentino.Thank you, Raymon, for all of your help. I'm so happy with my new kitchen stone and you made it happen. Everyone ask for Raymon - he's the best!

Not sure this is a retail showroom. I went in and they seemed skeptical, like it's only for commercial customers. They wanted me to sign in. I guess you have to go to other design stores.

Raymon.Might very well be the single greatest customer service person this world has ever seen.So incredibly helpful while we were in a panic and a tizzy over stone.Provided us with option after option and offered his help throughout the process.I don't care how great any other place is. Raymon is truly worth the drive to Burnaby to check out stone.
