Just ordered the salmon bowl for takeout and it was very very good. There are other places I've tried in Calgary that have healthy bowls but so far this place has great prices and great portions. Was pretty impressed!!!

This is a great option for a quick lunch while at work, it is located centrally and the bowls are healthy and affordable, I tried the jerk jackfruit, the rice was well seasoned and the jackfruit was yummy. It was fairly priced, I don't enjoy the smoothie too much, but it was fine. They are quick and the place was clean.

I love this place! I first started coming here a year and half ago and it never fails to delight. I eat lunch here almost every day. With the recently added winter menu there are new and different options but the quality and healthy but super tasty tradition continues. I don't have any food issues but love that Wise and Wright has lots of choices that are vegan, vegetarian and gluten friendly. The new menu offerings I have tried so far are the Colorblind and Avocado Remix built up toast. Both are excellent. The Colorblind is a super healthy and very tasty veggie bowl - with a choice of Mild Romesco Sauce or Spicy Harissa Tahini Sauce there is a flavour profile for everyone. The Avocado Remix suits my love of breakfasts all day. The addition of the herbed mushrooms brings a nice new taste and the walnuts provide a satisfying crunchiness. A sophisticated update to avocado toast. Looking forward to trying the new Elixir Lattes. First on my list is the Longevity Bone Broth Elixir. If you haven't been here yet, give this place a try. You won't regret it. With all the food, beverage and smoothie choices there is something for everyone. Prices are reasonable for downtown and the staff are lovely..

Wise & Wright was my go to lunch place back when I worked/ lived in Calgary. I was in town recently and grabbed lunch from here - quality is pristine as ever. Love their Avocado Toast and Yoga Firebowl. Happy hour coffee for $2.50 is perfect for the afternoon coffee break! Very reasonably priced and portion size is just enough to fill you up. Great service. Hope to see them in Vancouver soon!

This place is top-notch for quick healthy, fresh food and great coffee. Awesome breakfast options (some are all day) and really solid bowls and salads. Have not tried their smoothies but they sound awesome. Their built-up toasts are truly built up and worth the price. Current fave is the Holy Poke Toast (delicious and perfectly concocted and seasoned) - pictured.Prepare for a long and squishy line-up at lunch, or course a place this good gets busy (and it isn't big) and get ready to listen for your name.Three more big bonuses: all their packaging is compostable, they have mobile ordering option through the Ritual app, and.....!!! they have a happy hour every weekday from 2:30-3:30pm where any 12oz standard coffee beverage (latte, cappuccino, etc) is only $2.25!!!!!So, so good.

I stopped in here on a whim one morning for something to eat and they did not disappoint!! It's so refreshing to be able to order a fast, healthy breakfast in a convenient location. I wouldn't classify this as your typical fast food place even though they were very quick. I had the breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon and a latte. Everything sounded so good it was hard to choose. The sandwich was delicious and I enjoyed sitting by the window.

Awesome experience. The food is really healthy. Lot of variety in smoothies and the food is soooo goooddd! The place is quiet and in the middle of the downtown. Must try if you are a fan of healthy food!I ordered immunity smoothie and Jamaican bowl! Was so good and enrich with the flavours

I was travelling for work and have lots of dietary restrictions, so I usually order my own meals to my hotel. Everything I ordered from Wise and Wright was to die for and catered to all my restrictions. The Holy Poke is a must try omg.

Great vegetarian options! Jamaican Me Crazy Bowl is my favourite! The Elixirs and raw vegan treats are also very special!
