Started charging my account of 2.5 years of it being canceled. Ashley from YMCA Owen Sound was very rude and not helpful. Can't believe you treat people like this.

I had a great experience with Ms Sima Lotfi of YMCA. She has helped me and my husband a lot in settling in! I found her energy to be very positive and her efforts very genuine! I am truly grateful to YMCA for everything they did for Us! Keep up the great work guys!!
