Rob Scholl was absolutely great in helping me with my chair purchase. I will gladly be coming back to him and POI for future office furniture purchases.I bought a Steelcase Gesture chair and it’s the best investment. Working from home for 8 hour days and then being on computer for personal use, you absolutely need to invest in your own health.

Nobody wants to buy office furniture, however, POI made the experience amazing. I manage an office of 250 people and we moved offices. They had me up to their showroom which is incredible. You get to see what a new hybrid office can be all in one place. After looking at other companies, I did not look anywhere else after seeing POI. The people could not have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommended!

Purchased 2 Steelcase Leap V2 chairs from Rob who was incredible every step of the way. He was so patient with our indecisiveness and went out of the way to help us select the best model and fabric colours. Would not hesitate to recommend POI and Rob to anyone looking to purchase office furniture! :)

Amazing people, amazing products. We bought 20 chairs and start to finish a great experience. Everyone has experienced the supply chain issues happening in every industry. POI was so helpful in making sure things went as smoothly as possible and beat estimated delivery dates. While on the subject, the delivery team were some of the nicest people around. 1 million percent highly recommend POI.

I just got back home and I couldn't wait to share my experience with POI in Markham. Rob S. assisted me and was really patient and helpful through all the emails, calls and in-person visit. It was my first time ever visiting a showroom and Rob helped me select the right chair for me.We even discussed which colour would look best with my home office set-up and I ended up picking something he recommended. 5-stars all around. I've never owned a nice chair before and for my first purchase, I'm so happy I reached out to POI and Rob for this experience.

Owner of a busy medical office. Ordered a steelcase Gesture chair from this company. Received the cheaper (and older) Leap version instead. Tried to call company main line and no response. Will update review if my concerns are addressed. Buyer beware: you pay for one thing and they may send you a cheaper model instead.Update: Company rep called me same day and apologized for the error. I was told the correct chair would be urgently delivered. Four business days later, I sent a follow-up email as I had not yet received the correct product. On the fifth day, I then called the Rep back and she was very nice about escalating the issue. The next day (6 business days total now) the correct chair arrived.While I have some sympathy that mistakes happen, this is like Herman Miller delivering you an Aeron when you ordered an Embody. For a company that specializes in these chairs, it isn't something I would expect.

Initially, they were very friendly and accommodating. Rob Scholl took a lot of time to let me test the chairs out in the showroom. After I left the showroom, I tried three times to get in touch with him to get a quote for a custom leap chair. No response. I ended up ordering from the Steelcase store. With Canadian Dollars being very strong compared to USD and with some discount code, I paid about $150 or more than I would have if I bought from POI. I think it was well worth it because never do business with people who can’t take few minutes out two give you a quote, and second, you get to return the chair if you order from Steelcase if the chair doesn’t fit. POI only has a final sale.

Matt Simpson and team (Diane, Ruth) treated me like gold. This was one of the best customer service/buying experiences I've ever had (and my career is in marketing/sales). Truly felt taken care of, and in the end got the exact product I wanted. These guys know how to take care of their customers and deliver a quality service. Highly recommend. Wish they were in BC but they were able to accommodate my situation from across the country with ease! I will return to them in the future and happily give POI my business.

I purchased and office chair from POI Business Interiors and had a great experience. Rob took really good care of me (despite clearly being very busy), I never felt rushed and he was very knowledgeable about their products.There's two types of good customer service, there's the friendly scripted kind you get with a forward thinking company like Casper. And then there's the genuine kind that comes from a company simply having a really good employee. Rob is clearly someone who has taken it into his own hands to give genuinely good customer service and to be honest I think it's the best I've had in quite a few years.I'd also like to say I normally wouldn't shop somewhere like POI because it's a bit far away from where I live (I'm more of an online shopper). However they had a really good price on the office chair. About 50% less than I would've paid online.The price in addition to the customer service I got from Rob - I'll definitely be recommending POI in the future to friends/colleagues. In-fact I have a friend that's already ordered a chair from there today. (On that note, I believe the shipping is $130 for a chair which seems pretty steep to me. I'd recommend you pick it up in person so you can try the chair out and avoid that cost - it's about a 20 minute drive from downtown Toronto.)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.It has been 6 weeks since I ordered my chair. It took countless calls/emails to get provided a shipping update from them, and when I finally got a response it turned out that they couldn't even keep the date they promised. Once again I am not receiving a single response to my multiple calls or emails.I will never order from these guys ever again. One of the worst ordering experiences I've dealt with.
