It is so simple! No long waits on hold during a phone call, no hassle. Just a simple message back and forth outlining what we were looking for and what restrictions we have and next thing you know there was an email in my inbox with links to numerous options. Katie Hock is so responsive and so pleasant. She has taken all the stress out of planning our honeymoon and I can't thank her enough. Elizabeth Klitzka provided personalized service. She found a very reasonable round trip flight. She was able to purchase tickets for Disneyland Paris when they were not available on the Disneyland Paris website. She found a Normandy excursion and a Louvre excursion. She was willing to work with the cruise I had already purchased. Such a pleasant experience.
