I was so impressed with the Sales rep I met on several visits to the store. Her name is Jackie. She was not only pleasant but patient and very helpful. Anytime my order was ready for delivery, she'd call me and if I had any questions, she would not hesitate to assist. A wonderful experience indeed. Thank you Jackie!

It was an amazing customer service. Representative name was Aditiya he was so humble, very Informative. I had an interaction with the manger too he helped a lot.And also the furniture which I bough that was awesome. I would strongly recommend Brick.

Beware! Brick Extended Warranty - A Disappointing ScamI am compelled to share my shocking experience with Brick's Extended Warranty service. It has been nothing short of a scam! I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Brick in 2022 and decided to invest in their extended warranty for added peace of mind.Little did I know that this decision would lead to months of frustration and inconvenience. When my dishwasher malfunctioned, I filed a claim with Brick's extended warranty provider, hoping for a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth.The process involved numerous visits from an appointed local service company, RF Appliance. Each time, they diagnosed the need for a new part, with the promise of a two to three-week wait for its arrival. The inconvenience didn't stop there. The technician provided a five-hour window during weekdays, forcing me to take time off work to grant them access, further disrupting my already hectic schedule.To add insult to injury, despite their repeated attempts, the dishwasher remains non-functional. It is disheartening to see the service provider running out of solutions and unable to deliver on their promises. As a family with three children, managing day-to-day chores and cooking without a dishwasher for three months has been a nightmare.I had trusted Brick and their extended warranty to provide reliable support during such circumstances. However, this experience has shattered my confidence in their service. The extended warranty feels like nothing more than a deceptive ploy to extract money from unsuspecting customers.I strongly caution anyone considering Brick's Extended Warranty (King and State Warranty Service) to think twice. Spare yourself the distress, wasted time, and false sense of security. They have shown a complete lack of responsibility and customer care.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend exploring alternative options for appliance purchases and extended warranties. Brick's Extended Warranty is a disappointing scam that fails to deliver on its promises.

We went into The Brick to purchase a sale item (sofa and Loveseat). We where quickly helped by Randy Cramer who provided great honest and quick service. No pressure just the facts and we appreciated that. Also gave us all the room we wanted and was there when needed.We were in and out in 45 mins with most of the time being our shopping! I was so pleased with the service that I received from my sales rep Aditya at the Brick (Kenaston) . He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was very thorough explaining all of my options and giving me the best value for my dollar. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for furniture, appliances, etc.

Aditya was our sales person, we brought us the best services, products and prices. He was very patient and took the time to attend us. Our furnitures arrive before amazing status and beautiful. We got all the furniture for our new home and we really enjoy now. We will come back soon!

Aditya as the staff help me and my wife to chose the best fit dishwasher and washing machine to our needs. Spent about an hour explaining all the features and compared all the available brand-names. Was a fantastic experience in Brick today and I recommend to others without any hesitation

Not only did she assist us in purchasing our new dishwasher with ease but went out of her way to make sure we can pick up our purchase from the warehouse closest to us (hundreds of Km away) AFTER I had made the purchase.
