Absolutely worst experience I have had I a very long time. The cashier was extremely rude and did not know what she was doing. Cashed in lottery ticket and she had no idea how to do it and wasn’t giving me what I won, when I ask to get the manage she didn’t know what to do either and I ended up getting rip off $10.00 and wasted almost an hour of my day. Honestly, I don’t even care about the money it’s the fact that they were treating me like I was wrong and they were completely incompetent.

Most unhelpful, miserable Pharmacy Assistance that answered the phone today. Couldnt be more apparent they hate their job and couldn't hang up fast enough. Called Walmart pharmacy after to get some answers and not only were they way more helpful and pleasant and eager to assist me, its also cheaper there for the same thing.

Nancy in the Beauty Dept is amazing, she knows her stuff and doesn't try to upsell. Will also help to better your skin and doesn't push heavy make up when it's not what you need.

This location has some of the most rude staff working in the pharmacy. Now that I've read other reviews, it's apparent that this is a common problem here. Maybe management should do something to fix their customer service. I know I'll never spend a dime at this location again.

Customer service here is not good. Not friendly, only with the exception of a few. Particularly the pharmacy staff are not friendly or approachable. The pharmacy staff on separate occasions now have been what felt like to me as judgemental and couldn’t be bothered with questions. I don’t go here often, so for the very rare occasions I do go here and have the same types of experiences with different pharmacists, speaks volumes. I hope they improve patient rapport for the sake of the public feeling more comfortable asking questions about their health and medications.

Gave me the completely wrong prescription which not only wasted my money but didn't receive pills that I absolutely need. People work for a living, I don't have time to go back and forth to get you to do your job right. I will be 100% switching pharmacies.

I went there for Passport photo . They do not have proper equipment or lighting , my photo come very dark which i did not realized and sent to passport office. When passport come i saw my photo was very dark and ugly . They do not have photo studio , just a chair is waiting for you , The manager turn on his old camera and take a photo , he will not even bother to show you how it look like and just print it and charge 24.99$ . Please do not go there at least for photo. Poor Customer service.

Went to shoppers to buy a fragrance set as a gift but I was having a hard time deciding which one to choose. I was approached by Kimberly Snook in the fragrance department who assisted me in choosing an amazing fragrance and provided excellent customer service. Her wise words led me to leave the store with two perfume for myself! Thank you Kimberly.
