I have to say the Vet and staff are amazing. I just had my boy Winston in today super friendly and helpful. Edit to my Review My dog Winston was diagnosed with a thyroid issue by Dr Morley. Winston went in weighing 134lbs and is now down to 112lbs In about 5 months hes doing amazing. If you are looking for a new vet for you old or new pet bring thim here. This clinic is amazing so much so I'll be bring my 2 new kittens to them very soon

I'm back at Properties with Dr.Morely and his awesome staff after my last dog passed away 6 years ago.Have been coming here since I moved to the area 23 years ago with 2 Rottis in a row faithfully visiting Dr.Morely, Lex & Hades.Now we are back with Chewee for his 1st visit since coming home, i wouldn't take him anywhere else !Amazing care, information and followup.Thank you,Chris N

My dog has been going to Dr Morley since Chomper was 6 months old, he turns 14 in 10 days. Thats a solid 13.5 years I've been going there, I would have gone somewhere else by now if they weren't so good.

I have been going to Properties Animal Clinic for years. Dr. Morley and his team always take the best care of my cats. They treat them and me with absolute kindness and respect. Dr. Morley gives all of the information about my cats during our check ups and ensures I understand everything we discuss.Thank you for always taking such great care of my girls!

Everyone wants the best medical care for their pets as they're part of your family. The staff at Properties are super kind to you and your pets. Dr. Morley is the only one I would trust with my family.

We used to go to VCA Trans Canada but recently decided to check out other vets, primarily due to cost. VCA was great, but Properties Animal Clinic and Dr Kent are out of this world. I wish my family doctor went in to as much detail as he does. Thorough recommendations and advice with clear rationale provided, and no unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend. Sad we didn't know about this location years ago for our other animals.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. Milo's Dr .Kent is super patience and gentle. The team is amazing especially Ruth she is so helpful and informative with all the questions I have. -Thanks from Milo

I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Morley at Properties Animal Clinic. I am also certain that the other doctors and technicians who I haven't met are also at the same calibre for attention and care. However, I am providing a very positive review and experience for Dr. Morley who is incredibly patient with first time pet owners, attentive, and caring for our pet. I would have no hesitation to thoroughly recommend this clinic for anyone.

Everyone here is so nice. My dog is not good at the vet (bites/growls) the vet will only do what my dog is comfortable with.. he has to check her eye from across the room!!! Lol. They explain all procedures, and give you a quote before you decide. The vets here do NOT PRESSURE you to agree to any procedure. I love this place!

Philipa, was quickly subdued by the amount of Care from the team there. Everything from the welcome to the delicate consultation since my girl is a little skittish but it wasn't long until someone came and took her away with agility and there she went to get her shots while I was able to run and get her cookies at the store knowing she was in great company. Very happy, she is now home and happily napping and probably dreaming of those great treats she got from that cute bald human and the little stroll she had with this nice lady who spoke to her so softly and kind with treats also. Great all around place, I recommend it especially for the time taken for research on travel regulations to Europe, thanks for everything, even the price surprised me how low it was for everything we had done.See you soon.P & Philipa
