Not the fault of this location, however, very disappointed in UHaul as they called me two days before my rental and told me that they had to truck available. I have my entire move set up and ready to go but now have no truck. Very disappointing.

I had a hitch installed in my sub. They were already waiting for me and even though the store was super busy the mechanic did It in less the the time scheduled. He was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

The location can easily be missed, by mistakenly turning to the north at the traffic light. The official description saying Ikea is not detail enough, should mention one block east of the traffic light.

Very nice experience, I really wasn't expecting it to be so easy. We needed to rent small trailer, reserving it online was fast and easy and when we arrived to pick up, it was really easy, staff was very helpful, they advised us about which trailer will be the best for us and other details.. trailer by itself was good too.

I got a U-Haul rental in November 2022 I used visa debit as my payment was told when picking up the U-Haul they would put a deposit in my card until I dropped off the U-Haul I can get it back same day. When I came back all the staff were all talking and I told the deposit would come back on my card automatically I said but I have a visa debit the guy assured me and rushed me out that would have it back automatically.I waited two days still no refund on the deposit so I called and was told they can no longer issue the refund automatically because I was suppose to do in store even though there staff rushed me out and assured me it was gonna come automatically. The lady on the phone told me it will have to be issued by cheque now I gave the lady on the phone my new address she confirmed my new address weeks had gone by I called they told me wait two more weeks.. still nothing I called and request the manager was told she will call me back never called me back called again for her the next day was told she was in a meeting called another day was told she will call me. I eventually realized she was avoiding talking to me so I advised the staff I will be coming in person to deal with the issue since the manager can never call me back to let me know what is going on. Was advised they sent the cheque to my old address on my contract even tho the new one was provided went to my old address no cheque. Called again and again manager avoids my calls Jan 21 I was advised I can now come in for a automatic refund after 30+ calls and a run around excuse each time with a manager that would never call me back or let me know what is going on. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Why couldn’t you jus refund me 2 days after why did I haven’t wait almost 2 months and waited thinking a cheque was coming.

Sakshi was really good for helping and communicating with us for booking Uhaul.She understands every situation and gives the best solution for it.Really good place for renting it out. Highly recommend this

I have dealt with many U-Haul locations. By far this location is the most superior! Excellent staff, friendly, kind, quick, and knowledgeable.Return was very very easy, drive up and there is a person there to help with the return.This is now my go to U-Haul, worth the driver out of the way.

Frustrating at first as vehicle not ready, and once it was 9an hour late) it reeked of cigarette smoke.But, vehicle was reliable, pricing was fair and transparent.And the young lady who checked me back in is professional and lovely!

As a 24 hour drop-off location, either make sure that the lot is not full at 3 AM on a monday morning, so that the truck can be returned, or notify renters/don't allow them to rent longer than closing time.We had to wait an additional 8 hours to return our truck as the lot was full when we returned. Two other people were in the same situation as us. Very disappointing lack of either communication, policy, or management.

I got ROBBED at this location. They keep using my debit card WITHOUT my authorization. I complained with Customer Service but it seems they do NOT care. I had to get a new card. Also, the assistant manager gave me a fake e-mail when I asked for help. I sent her the incorrect charge for a refund and the e-mail does not exist. RUN FROM UHAL IN GENERAL.
