We reserved a Townhome in the Greens, waited four months for a Contract with changing prices and no guarantee. We withdrew our reservation. Would not recommend.

I am currently employed with NorthRidge and have been for a few months now. Everyone here is fantastic to work with and they really care about their clients and employees, often going above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. From what I have experienced thus far they truly hold themselves to the highest standards and back the quality of their workmanship and product. They work hard to build and maintain great relationships with their clients, contractors and staff alike!

North Ridge is a Saskatchewan based home builder that truly cares about their customers. I have a friend who purchased a townhouse through North Ridge and has had an amazing experience, this builder goes above and beyond for their buyers. Personally, I purchased a home through a different builder who is now bankrupt and it was the worst decision I've ever made, if I could go back in time I would build with North Ridge.

We bought a house from northridge. The house was nicely built and beautiful. I can say I was impressed with the quality of work done to the house. We worked with a great realtor named Jason. He was wonderful. We had some issues after we moved in. Northridge responded and the issues were fixed. Aside that everything is smooth.

My first google review ever for this bad customer service experience….Contract signed end of Jan; however, the correct blinds stated in the contract were not installed for our home in April by the possession day because blinds needed to be back ordered.More worse, they realized they back ordered wrong blinds on the walkthrough day, that was two days before possession date…and then they made another back order for the correct blinds…..It is what it is….unfortunately it happened to me….OK, let’s talk about reimbursement.Customer Care asked to me to contact our sales; then our sales asked me to contact their Customer Care.Our sales even stated that “We are not reimbursing you for blinds that have been ordered and are coming.”Yes, the correct blinds have been ordered. They were ordered two days before possession date. How long the contract signed? It has been more than two months. I do not think possession day just means the day to give the keys to home owners.I do not know how long I have to live in a master bedroom that’s totally dark but “privacy”. So disappointed….hopefully there will be no construction issues….

What else can I say but truly 100% happy with the experience Megan Juravle (now a friend for life) and Northridge Development Corporation provided in purchasing a beautiful home. I done a lot of research on local Regina companies and this company comes out far and beyond any other in Regina. Nothing was a drama, everything on all levels and all expectations were met on time, if not before time, this including possession date. Yes we were in early even with the current situation with COVID-19. Upgrades were amazing and very affordable including feature walls, Quartz Benchtops, and even adding extra tiles to my kitchen. I would go without any hesitation to recommend Northridge Development Corporation and most of all Megan! our sales consultant 100% in any person looking to purchase a new home a second home or their forever home. Make sure you ask for Megan Juravle, she will go 110% above and beyond in every way possible to make the biggest decision in your life the most happiest!!!!

Very low quality of doors used. Crack in basement floor. No exhaust fans in washrooms and much more.Unprofessional carpenters. Management doesn’t care once they sold house. Never recommend. I made a mistake please you don’t. Visit my house and i can show you thier workman ship. Brand new house first owner and its one and half year old. Do visit my house construct by this company before you decide to buy from these guys

I purchased a new condominium in 2014. North Ridge was absolutely fantastic to deal with through the entire process. Customer service was second-to-none. I would highly recommend purchasing through them!
