We did the date night and think it was an amazing deal. We priced it out before going and it was 100 bucks off. Seems like most people did the date night even if it was clearly just friends.The food was unbelievable. Carpaccio was absolutely phenomenal. My spouse ordered the lobster and crab ravioli, and he loved it. I ordered the red gnocchi and was very impressed. Both were served hot and we were asked if we wanted fresh pepper and Parm. By the time desserts came we were beyond full.I wasn't overly fond of the tiramasu, but spouse loved his mousse.We plan to return for date night the next time we return to Van.

Amazing pasta, cooked one by one with one lady who’s taking her time to make sure the each dish was cooked and plated perfectly. The restaurant itself is small but worth to spend your time with delicious food and lovely service.They close at 9pm on Sunday however, I saw a family of 4, they called earlier but came in at 9:04. Chef and hostess didn’t make any rejection but they welcomed and escorted family to the table.I ordered seafood pasta which I don’t remember the name but the best one I’ve ever had.Can’t wait to go back and enjoy their delicious food

It was Saturday night, and a busy night. It was a small restaurant, good service fr Irene. Food were all really good and cocktail drinks and wine were also good. We were five people in a table, only problem here was if you were seated inside the restaurant and near the kitchen it was uncomfortable, and hot too. Also on a Saturday night, you only have 2 hours seating, even if you are still enjoying your drinks, you have to pay and leave, which was understandable for a small restaurant like this. But thank you Irene for a good service with a smile, chef for our good food, and bartender for our good cocktail drinks. Might come back, but not on a weekend for sure.

We had the date night special which consisted of 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine.The portions were surprisingly big. Everything we ordered was outstanding. Will definitely be back soon to try the other dishes.

I ordered spaghetti al pesto&burrata, and pasta was to thick and chewy. The pesto sauce was greasy and heavy, but it didn’t taste like pesto. only good thing about my order was Burrata, it was delicious and its amount was huge.

***UNFAIR MANDATORY TIP POLICY IMPOSING ON A GROUP OF FIVE ***I am deeply disappointed with my recent visit. Not only did they enforce a mandatory 20% tip, but they also insisted on applying it to my group of five, even though the policy clearly states it is for groups of six or more.First, the server nor anything on the reservation page informed us about the mandatory 20% tip. And I was shocked when she insisted that we had to pay the 20% tip, despite having only five people in our group. According to their own policy, this tip should not have been applied to us.What made matters worse was the server's complete lack of concern or understanding. She made it clear that she had no intention of rectifying the situation or offering any sort of compromise. Her dismissive and rude attitude only added to the frustration we felt as paying customers.She stated that since we made a reservation of 6 people, this mandatory tip policy applied to us because she SPENT HER TIME RESERVING THE TABLE for us. However, I mentioned that they were going to seat us a 6-people table regardless. And she can inform us beforehand.Springing it on us at the end of the meal, especially when it doesn't even apply to our group size, is both unfair and deceptive.I believe that a restaurant's success lies not only in the quality of its food but also in the way it treats its customers. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed to deliver on both fronts. The mandatory tip policy and the server's poor attitude have left me with a negative impression that I cannot ignore.In conclusion, I would caution others considering dining here to be wary of their unfair mandatory tip policy. If you value transparency and fair treatment as a customer, I recommend seeking alternatives where your dining experience is valued and respected.

Had a wonderful dinner here with some friends. The Gnocchi al Portofino was amazing! I would also highly recommend the lavender crème brûlée! However the antipasto board is not worth getting at all; the portion is tiny and super disappointing. There is a great ambience here; perfect for a group of friends or a causal date. The date night menu is worth getting, especially as a group because you can just add on a couple of entrees. We enjoyed the red wine that was paired with! Would come back here again.

Waited about 5 minutes to get acknowledged by a staff member even though they walked past and saw me standing there. The beef carpaccio was delicious. We ordered the Spaghetti Allo Scoglio which was a little disappointing. There wasn't flavour and the 2 mussels that came in the pasta had gone bad. The lobster and crab ravioli was better, still lacking flavour and didn't get served hot. I would say this place is pricey for the quality and portion.

I feel this might be under rated restaurant its very much a discord by default but glad I ended up here. Pasta was just perfecto superb a must try spot if you enjoy pasta

Service was awesome. Food not so much. Some dishes were great, like the burrata salad, and the gnocchi. The carbonara I had to spit it out because something in it was definitely old and went bad. I sent it back and got a different pasta which was really good. I asked to check with the kitchen what the problem is or which ingredient has gone bad but never got a response on that. Also the mussels did not taste fresh, but was told that they get fresh ones every other day. Other than that, the food is simple and good, but nothing exceptional, however the price is very reasonable so I would recommend trying.
