It's not the worst to stop at. Three stars is because the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The biggest issue is if you go in after 7:00 in the morning there's no breakfast food and they don't restock it. Tried to get breakfast around 8:00 the last few times I've went in there and there's never any food. The showers are always good and clean and they have enough to accommodate.

Tried to fill up on gas. It stated insert card or see cashier inside. Went to see cashier inside. They were too busy talking amongst themselves to even notice me. So I turned around and walked out.Any gas station that I am forced to Prepay is a Gas station I one star all the time. It's completely irresponsible for a Gas station to force customers to Prepay

When I did my showers noticed that there were no towels. Feels like they don't care about customers. It's not the worst for recommendation.

Sadly the Denny's is gone and soon to be replaced with fast food. KFC and another... maybe Pizza Hut? The prices in the store, like at any truck stop are unsurprisingly ridiculous. But they'd have what you need in a pinch, I think. Restrooms were clean. Cashier was friendly.

Don't use these showers! If you don't mind mind getting very hot, then cold water! Never mind the unsanitary floors. The shower head and tap assemblies are coming off the walls. Must have the Hulk using this place...And similar a year after the pandemic is over and everyone is back to work and businesses open, there still isn't a restaurant back in there!Yup, I'll fuel elsewhere. I know theres a new Loves that's getting built on my dedicated run. And their points system is better also ..

they did not clean showers even when it’s used i waited 40 minutes they didn’t care about driver time.

Cool staff, clean showers, plenty of gas pumps with tons, and tons of space for big trucks. Drivers lounge is decent and includes massage chairs. Store includes everything you would need, plus truck accessories. Bluetooth, CB's parts and other large truck told and equipment. They also got some warm good up by the counter. Even got some cool souvenirs, mugs key chains, magnets, stuffed animals. Highly recommended if you need gas, food, something you forgot or a bathroom break.

I am writing this to report an issue that gained with me today as being a female trucker. I was a victim and want other female truckers to be safe.I am a solo female trucker. I was at the Flying J, Lancaster,ON. taking a shower. some random old age gentleman walked into my shower while i was fully naked. The flying j staff gave the same shower to the old man as mine. I shouted a yelled in the shower for him to get out. After i rushed and dressed myself to go out.I went to the front desk to report the issue as i was completely humilated and couldnt even face myself. To make the situation worse the customer service rep lady was like what do u want me to do? and why are u so mad? its the system that makes the mistakes not us"Being a female trucker is already so hard plus these blunders at these places are making it more hard for us. I reached out to the flying j head office and they were like someone settlement employee will call you. Are settlements gonna make it any good? reaching out to media."

I should have kept driving to the next truck stop.Heading in for a shower I get #3 again.No soap dispenser in the shower, the lock on the door is missing. I had visited this location 3 months ago and nothing has been repaired. The roof is now leaking heading to the showers and it has been leaking for sometime as black mold is settling in.The funniest thing is in the shower stall has a notice that they have free WIFI and mind blowing Premium WIFI.Again the same, 3 months ago the had an excuse that they had an issue with it.Would you not think that a load of fuel is around 500-1,000 dollars. Could they not spend some of that money on repairs??So sad to see this.I will head down to Napanee where they do a much better job with their facilities.
