I have been a client of Aquaman Irrigation for over four years. They installed our irrigation system and outdoor lighting. What I really like is that it is family owned business and I actually deal direct with the family owners (Daniel, Paulo and Paula)They are very professional, responsive and customer service oriented and very reasonably priced for their exceptional sales and service.They provide high quality products at a very reasonable price. Any time I have a question, I either call or email them and I get an immediate and more importantly a satisfactory response. I can't say enough good about this company.

Very poor serviceSimple, Called for a service call to check my drip lines and system prior to some landscaping. Service guy came, spent 15 minutes maximum at my place. Left said everything was fine. Received an invoice and decided to check the system to see if the system was ready for planting. There was a leak in the line and a disconnected hose. I sent videos and photos and their only response was that it was too late to complain. My system comes on at 2 am so I would have never known for possibly months that there was an issue. This timeline is from the company sent to me by email...A service call was conducted on June 7th

After being referred to this company from a friend two years ago, I have never been more satisfied with a product and more so the service provided by Aquaman and its associates. Returning to the office life after nurturing a garden non stop throughout the pandemic was a nerve racking task! After a consultation and quote from Aquaman I knew my gardens water requirements would adequately be met based on the associates knowledge and passion on the subject! I never knew how efficient maintaining a garden and property could be with the right set up! With the improved irrigation set up the garden looked great all last summer and I just had the team in for a spring check up as I am also looking to expand my system this year! The smart lighting also looks like it will be making a great addition also! Absolutely recommend Aquaman with top marks and I always enjoy supporting family businesses!

Aquaman Irrigation is a small family run business. I used them 5 years ago for my irrigation and lighting needs. They are knowledgeable and professional. The crew is friendly and always on time to fix any maintenance issue. I am happy with their work and would recommend their services.

Aquaman has been servicing my house for several years. They are always friendly and do a very detailed, thorough job. I just had Dion out to turn my system on for the season. He was early, very friendly and looked after all my questions. I would recommend Aquaman.

To the maniac driving a GMC Sierra this morning who cut off an entire left turn lane of traffic and screamed left down South Kingsway from the right lane of Bloor St - you're dangerous. You're inconsiderate and the fact you were driving a truck with a company logo also makes you bad for business. You're going to hurt someone driving like that.

Attached is a screenshot of a conversation between this company's rep Paul and our property manager. This guy was unresponsive to our manager's request for someone to show up and restart the sprinklers on our property, for over two weeks. Finally he declined to show up and clearly said to call another company. In the meantime some of our plants and grass died because of this. Totally unprofessional.
