My friend and I went to this Starbucks location and we didn’t know what we wanted.We asked Ely and Harman to make their favourite drinks.I took Ely’s favourite refresher and my friend took Harman’s amazing coffee drink.Loved the energy, service was amazing !

At age 76, I've never enjoyed the atmosphere of a coffee shop more than at this particular Starbucks. Managers and staff alike are always friendly, very good at their jobs, and even at 6:30am are wide-eyed and ready-to-go. :) Every single staff member I've met is courteous, friendly and kind. As they keep up with orders, some seem almost acrobatic the way they multi-task with their arms while closing lower cupboard doors with their feet. They have a truly socio-economically diverse clientele, including the occasional difficult customer ... but staff are always gracious and compassionate. After working at a table while drinking my coffee, I leave in a better mood then when I arrived: it's the atmosphere and staff. Five stars isn't enough. They deserve more. Hey Starbucks head office: give them all a bonus!!

This is a great Starbucks location that is open late for your convenience they have very fast service and they are located right downtown. The building is very clean the staff is friendly they have the full regular menu those new sous vide egg bites are absolutely delicious. A great place to get a warm drink on a very cold auto a day!

my goto starbucks when i'm going to school or work! the staff are always sweet and super quick. they have my money almost everyday. i wish they had more seating because i also study there a lot but i get so sad when they're full, maybe next time i should ask when the best time to study there is.

Visit to this location was ho hum. Location wasnt the cleanest. Bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper in it. Not much to differentiate Starbucks to Starbucks but this location vibe was not the greatest. Counter service was good.

This is one of the best Starbucks stores in Ottawa if not Canada all together. The place is super clean, the staff are professional, friendly, and nice people. Thank you for keeping the place like this. All other Starbucks stores should take you as an example. If you want to learn how to run a franchise, come to this place and get yourself a bite to eat and some nice hot coffee.

They reduced their hours significantly recently. Odd because it seemed like they often had customers until closing (previously 9pm Mon.-Sat.; 8pm on Sun.). I used to be a regular in the evenings but, unfortunately, I’ve had to find a new coffee shop that’s open later to go to. If they ever extend their hours I’ll definitely bring my business back as it’s in a very convenient location and the staff is friendly.
