DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I could go on and on about how awful this place is and how bad they lie. However, what I will say is when you talk to them, they will seem compassionate and honest. It’s all a lie and scam. Do not trust them!!! They are beyond unethical and I will be looking to place legal action for how they mishandled my situation. Long story short, they promised us that our vehicle was going to cost $2700 (they ended up taking it all apart and then telling us surprise, it’s a $13k fix). I get that can happen, but we asked if it was a possibility here and they assured us they knew the problem and the cost. We got the car back and it is all apart and leaking. Who does this????

I recently went to AE Auto for an issue with my car. This is the best place to go for any kind of repair on any vehicle. They are the most honest and professional mechanics I have ever had to deal with. I recommend them to everyone. They explained everything in detail. They took my car in in a very timely manner. I will continue to use their services and recommend that you do as well.

Marco diagnosed a radiator leak that required a new radiator and he correctly diagnosed a difficult to determine problem with the impeller on the auxiliary coolant circulation system.Repairs were handled in the usual excellence that I have come to rely on over many years of being a customer.

5 stars in all categories above. I could not find where to rate the other categories. Anyway, Auto is a great shop! Great Customer Service and repairs done to my satisfaction. Staff is friendly and genuine in trying to solve my car problems. They say they have the goal of 100% satisfaction and I would say this has always been true.

AE Auto Plus is the best! Andy and his team look after my Honda over the years. Recently they did a major work on it at over 340,000km on my request and their recommendation. Very happy with the result. My car runs great, much quieter and shifts gear very smoothly like new! Their experience and good advise made a big difference of peace of mind. They are helping me to beat Honda Canada’s record!

From the moment I walked into AE Auto plus with a unique request/job I felt 100% comfortable, taken care of & confident in Andy & his wonderful staff.They were installing a quality aftermarket preload collar lift on my 2020 4Runner TRD PRO along with putting on bigger Toyo AT3 tires on aftermarket rims. Before even coming in on the day of my appointment they took the time to familiarize themselves with the product & provided a conservative quote on the install.When it was all set & done they finished faster than they have envisioned with zero hiccups. I cannot recommend them enough for jobs big & small... their passion & expertise for what they do won't go unnoticed.

We've been using AE Auto for more than a decade with both cars. They're always honest and fair, and do a thorough job. We highly recommend using them. Today I dropped the car off, was promptly given a loaner vehicle for the day and was called mid afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. The invoice was exactly the same as the estimate - no upselling.

My first car was a 1964 Rambler American which I bought for $400 when I was 21. There was a rattling noise, and I took it to a local garage. The mechanic said I needed a whole new front end, and it would cost $200, which was a lot of money then. I bought a book on car repair and determined that the tie rod ends were worn, and I replaced them myself. I then took the car to another garage, and they told me there was nothing wrong with the front end. Ever since then, I have always relied on recommendations from friends when choosing a garage. I have been extremely pleased with AE Auto +. Andy and Danny and Marco ensure that I understand exactly what needs to be done and provide options where that is possible. I totally trust them and heartily recommend them.

Been dealing with A&E since they came to Newmarket! We've had excellent service and advice from them! They have gone out of their way to ensure our vehicles are running well! Plus love the staff!
