Back To Good Market And Cafe
When i'm working in Strathmore this is the only place i can find a quick healthy lunch. They have a lot of dairy free/gluten free options plus fresh groceries and supplements. The staff are great, too!! Highly recommend for anyone in town who's struggling to find healthy lunch alternatives or anyone with food sensitivities or allergies.

Where to start?! This place is a true gem. From healthy, organic, local produce and groceries to nutritional counselling to the most delicious selection of soups, sandwiches, wraps and sweet treats. I love this sweet little healthy cafe so much. Nicole is very informative on her supplements and very friendly. Her home made twix bars are absolutely amazing, I can't leave without having at least 2. I drive all the way from Red Deer to support her business because it's that amazing. What can I say about Back to Good except how amazing this gem is! From the moment I walk in the staff knows my name and is eager to help make my fav drink with a beaming smile! Their food is fantastic, fresh and local and I love it all! If you live in Strathmore or are just visiting make sure to make a trip to Back to Good and discover what your new favourite treat might be; a Twix Bar or perhaps Hemp crackers with homemade date hummus? Yum!

New to alberta, found this little shop while exploring the downtown" area. My gf is celiac so we were pleasantly surprised to find such a neat little coffee shop with such an awesome selection of stuff inside. The Americano was excellent at an amazing price

Beautiful store on Third Avenue. Nicole & staff do a great job - I don't think I've had a bad meal/snack here. I love their smoothies and their outdoor seating area in the summer. Definitely check this place out!
