Josh's Gas Service

I had Josh's do a warranty service last year and this year they installed a pool heater for me, there service is excellent, they cleaned everything up and took all the packaging away, you wouldn't even know they were there.What really impressed me was that they quoted a price and actually charged me less than expected.I would recommend them without any reservations.

Fabulous service, same day I made the call, highly professional, and came in on time and on budget for the quote given. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Josh's Gas for my needs.

Hayward company for gas heaters hired (Josh s Gas Service, Keefer Street, Strathroy, ON) to investigate a problem in my heater which I told them is an internal water leak. When josh gas comes, they don t care about what they are coming for as they try to report NOT confirmed ( questionable" this is how they write it in the report) violation about my gas line installation

We just had a Navien combination gas boiler/hot water unit installed by Josh's Gas Service. The work was done quickly and professionally. We highly recommend Josh and his team.

I have used Josh’s Gas Service 3 separate times (pending a 4th currently). They are fantastic! The service techs that I have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful to work with so far, and really honest. They’ve also been more than willing to talk through issues that arise so that I understand what is going on, and we are on the same page.Absolutely happy with the service from Josh’s and look forward to continuing our working relationship in the future.

This is an absolutely terrible company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! This is what John does. Comes to your house leaves you with a note and as a decent customer i wanted to pay for the service rendered (which i thought was outrages anyway but whatever - $155.00 to come to my house and tell me you cant fix my heater) Refused to take the payment after me calling several times. So i stopped and waited until he calls again. Imagine my surprise, John decided to take me to a lawyer, not even collection agency lol as well as bunch of other people and that is the customer service he provides after 6 months. When you own the business and want a good money flow you should hire right people to collect payments as you go, but according to Johns words, i shouldve called every day until he says its a good time to pay. LMAOOOOOMoreover, after speaking with John when he came to my house i literally knew after 5 minutes i would never use this mans services. Very unprofessional, sarcastic, I had to ask him so many questions and he would barely even answer them, just like its such a big deal for him to let me know whats going on. He calls himself a gas technician, i am not one.So yeah, i hope this will help who ever is looking for a gas tech, THIS IS NO THE ONE YOU WANNA CHOOSE.

He is one of the best and extremely efficient, they fixed my pool heater same day , they were kind enough to come on the way home .

I was directed here for warranty service on my pool heater. They responded the next day and fixed the heater itself, but the fix resulted in an issue with the regulator on my gas meter (essentially a thumping that was audible from inside the house). I know nothing about gas and when I called to ask for help, I was talked down to and basically mocked. Their best suggestion was to “hit it with a hammer.” I asked them to come back and re-assess, which they said they would do but didn’t. Apparently it’s Enbridge’s problem. I appreciate that this is outside their scope of work. What I don’t appreciate is the disrespect, especially when they’re well aware I now have another issue. I absolutely do not recommend.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! This company will give you a fair quote to start with, but nothing in writing. (Should have been a red flag). I asked him to do extra work and was told it would be time and materials then received an absolute ridiculous bill for the work that was done. I have since called other companies and received “written” quotes for 1/3 the price I was charged by Josh’s!

Our hot water heat wasn’t working properly.We called, got a quote and new tankless water heater was installed in 3 days!Very professional and job site was cleaned up well when work was completed.Would definitely recommend.
