I bought Starfrit smoothie making product for my mother, and she just loves it. In the past, she would just use a regular blender to make her smoothies and always debated on buying herself a smoothie machine. I would always think that it was just another thing to wash, so would still discourage her. Anyway, I was standing in Walmart staring at Starfrit's machine over every other product and read everything on the box then decided to buy it. Gift wrapped it and presented it to her as a gift. She was happy, not overly happy, but happy. She brought it home, and I didn't hear from her until something accidental happened which was that she dropped it. Could you image after three days she dropped it! My mom is too cute. So, this how I know the product is fantastic. She says to me, I made everything smooth. What am I going to do?" I told her I'd come and see if I can fix it before calling the company for a replacement part. So I went

I love cooking, and i love starfrit products. I use the pressure cooker. Copper frypan. I had a small issue with a purchase. Customer service cleared it right up. No problem.

We got the Starfrit personal blender as a Christmas gift. We opened it when we moved( Jan 5, 2023), but there's was no motor activity whatsoever. Everything else was perfect-exept we couldn't use it.

Helpful and friendly staff, however the prices aren't that much cheaper than what you find in stores. It's convenient that they have everything in stock in one place though!

Update: They delete bad reviews on their website so feedback is skewed.The product was just ok then it blew up. Since then I have been given the run around for over a month. Send pictures, give us this information now send the skillet. Took 6 months to get a resolution.

We bought a set of Rock pots and pans. The finish started coming off one of the pots and both pans after only 2 months of use. We were told by Starfrit to return the defective pots through the mail and we would be reimbursed for the shipping with an item of our choice.The color of the replacement items we received do not match the items we bought and the items we received as reimbursement for the cost of shipping are not the items we asked for. We now have two items we will never use and are out the $35 we had to pay in shipping to return the defective pots. On top of all that, the finish is now coming off the last two pots from the original set that we bought. We have only had the pots a year.Edit: Starfrit eventually sent us the item we requested as compensation for the cost to return the defective pots. I would not recommend buying the pots, but I am satisfied with their customer service.

I bought the Rock griddle, paid 100.00 for it, I used it maybe 6 times. The cord stopped working. I reached out to customer service and since I did not have a receipt, they used the date on the griddle. They told me it was more than a year so the warranty was no longer good. I asked for a manager and no one has reached out. I would not recommend any products from Starfrit. They do not last.update-- you did offer for me to buy another cable, and pay for shipping and if I did that you would have sent a $25 gift card to buy something from your company. I asked several times for a manager and one has yet to reach out. I read other reviews, I guess I am the lucky one my cord just stopped working, others have actually melted. If your products can only be used a few times before they burn out why would I want to buy another. I will wait to hear from a manager.

Bad qualityI really regret my decision to go with their elite stainless steel cookware set. For the price I was expecting quality stainless steel. The bottom of the pots stained immediately after one use and the inner side had a very deep scratch that I only noticed later. Their customer service phone number is not in service so when I contacted their customer service via email, the process to get a replacement was very inconvenient and tedious. They have a lifetime warranty" but make it quite time consuming to enforce. I will be returning the set to the store today and will go to costco where their warranty policies are quick
