The USA side toll booths are the cause of many MAJOR delays on busy days. Several times I have waited 1+ hours, with traffic backed up 3 miles or more. This is for $3!! And when you get to the customs booths there is no wait. Its all because of the toll booth!! If I could have reversed my way down to Windsor it would have still been faster.

It's always a gamble when you cross the bridge. Will you have long to wait? Usually Bridge staff are pleasant. We have Nexus and it does make it easier and faster to cross. Less expensive then passports.

It's a toll booth. What can I say? I reached out my window with my left hand. Gave the attendant the necessary funds. He activated the switch which raised the gate and allowed me to proceed through. If I had to do it over again I would do the same thing since I need to cross that bridge from time to time. The attendant was very pleasant, I didn't get his name

Brought a group over to Toronto Ontario by motor coach, the staff at the Bluewater Bridge were professional and very efficient. I had a choir group of 30 people, teens chaperones and their choir director. Our passage was handled extremely well and we were on our way quicker than we all were expecting with a bus load of people!

This toll booth leads to massive line ups to cross the border. I had to wait for 2+ hours just to pay the $3 toll, meanwhile there’s hardly a 10 minute line at customs, so this is a huge bottleneck. Not only is it time inefficient, but so much gas is being wasted by cars idling for hours!

All good, except they no longer take cash payment, in either American or Canadian. If you do not have a credit card, they will turn you around and ask you to go purchase a Visa or Mastercard prepaid debit card to process the toll... Be forewarned. Cash is still accepted on the Canadian side!

I mean, it's a toll booth. I'm not sure if this is for the Canadian or USA side. That short white haired lady on the USA side is the worst service person I have ever met. She slammed the window shut in my face because she couldn't get my card to work. However, the long haired supervisor and the bearded man are both wonderful and make my morning commute a little brighter. I actively try to avoid the short white haired lady's line. Everyone on the Canadian side are pleasant and have given me 0 issues.

We do cross border every week but we realized that now a days every time there is a line up on truck lane and instead of all the booth they only let 2 or max 3 booth open for truckers which consumed so much time for truckers please consider this issue and help us to reduse the excess time in crossing border
