Excellent service, mechanic seems like a straight shooter, happy to tell you what the issues are and make time for customers. He even helped me troubleshoot after he knew he wouldn't have availability to do the work I needed.

Glad I took my car here. Another mechanic misdiagnosed a squeak as a clutch release bearing (1-2k job), but ISI diagnosed it in 2min as a belt ($200). I wouldn't take a BMW anywhere else.I found them extremely fair and honest for minor issues my e85 had. Phil at the front desk is technical which makes it so much easier communicating / booking in the car. Steve is a wizard.I'd buy a BMW again just to use these guys.

Couldn’t rate this business high enough! They’re always so professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly they don’t waste your time or overcharge you for things, and they never make me feel like someone who knows very little about cars (even though I know very little about cars lol). I recently needed a few things checked out right before a road trip, and they were able to get me in last minute and get everything fixed up! I highly recommend ISI if you’re looking for euro auto repair.

Great place! Best place in Halifax that I've found to get work done on your German car. Phil has a wealth of knowledge on BMWs and Audis. A really great guy. Will definitely go back.

ISI automotive is your number one go to for any German or exotic car. ISI have always taken the time and dedication to look after any needs that's need addressing concerning your car big or small they know what they are doing and do it well. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else on the eastcoast.

Team is incredibly helpful and has done great work on our car. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Great alternative to the Halifax BMW dealership who could not diagnose our vehicle's issue correctly. The service at ISI is significantly better and reasonably priced in comparison.
