Gus Tacos

Wow!!! Best tacos in the city! All of them great and they do not skimp out on the lime and hot sauce, it was delicious!

One of my most favourite taco places. The tacos are good sized, fresh and delicious. They aren’t overloaded with crazy toppings, instead they retain the authenticity factor by keeping them simple. The lamb taco is the best - it’s not super gamey (lamb can be if not cooked well) and melts in your mouth. And their hot sauces are killer!!!

The absolute best tacos in the city. The fish taco is fresh, well seasoned and always hot- the pineapple and avocado on top are amazing. Highly recommend a side of the mild hot sauce (it's green) it's bursting with flavour. Would bathe in it. Have done large orders for take-out - it's still good, but better to eat there or take-out and eat right away.

Gus Tacos exceed my expectations. A great local taco spot. My favourite was the fish taco. The fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly and it came with lots of guacamole.Lamb and beef tacos were also very good.• Quick service• Well priced• Fresh and authentic

Never had a bad meal here. The flavours are correct and for the price there’s nowhere better. Great and friendly vibes always.

Wow, just amazing tacos, quesadillas and burritos here. The meat here is flavourful and juicy. The food was so good and maybe the best burrito I've ever had. Wish I had taken more pictures. Also service was great! They missed an item on my last order before we left and quickly replaced it for us when we came back in. Thank you!

The food is fine and good, I guess. Because I wasn't able to eat it.There is nowhere to sit and eat it.No tables, no cutlery.The patio is empty of furniture.This is place take-out only, then you need to go somewhere else to eat.I passed a little kid on the way out who said what's the point of having a patio if you can't sit on it?"The kid gets it.Also

Great food. The burrito looked smaller than others in that price range but had more meat and less filler. Very satisfying. This place is super popular with the locals, definitely a good sign.

I ordered on a Thursday at noon right after opening and there was already a line up. Shows how popular they are! Tried 4 tacos, each $5: beef, barbacoa, carnita, and pastor. Consomé and Jamaica on the side and all 3 hot sauces. Firstly, the barbacoa taco and consomé are a match made in heaven. Loved every minute of it!! Beef was nice and simple, a perfect vessel to try all hot sauces. Green is mild, red is medium, and milky red is hot. Green is very subtle and and milky red had a great fiery kick; my favourites. Carnita was rich and tasty. Pastor was amazing. The pineapple chunks were cubed very consistently and lent a sweetness that elevated the dish. Next time I’d get the pastor and barbacoa with the consomé. Total banger! Jamaica is not too sweet and a great palette cleanser. Hoping to book these guys for my future wedding! Something worth mentioning is that they serve each taco with a square of parchment paper. Honestly I wouldn’t have even mentioned it but it made the eating experience a lot less sloppy and I was able to eat the taco from the shell rather that from the plate when the fillings fall out. I thought it was a nice touch All around a wonderful place and would definitely return when I’m in the area.
