High rent for a building with no upkeep. Very hard to get repairs done. We've done most repairs ourselves just to be able to live in a semi-functional suite. Our carpet had a giant pee stain when we moved in and management did nothing.

Terrible appartment management, leaks all around the building, mold and various repairs that should have been done years ago.Pool remains inaccessible, the pool was advertised when we initially rented and I'm told it still is.Theres a gross moldy spot of rotten flooring in our bathroom that they neglected to fix when we moved in.Dishwasher is falling apart and building refused to fix it said its not part of the lease,Fridge literally crumbled six months into living here. Our windows leak when it rains. This building is thoroughly infested with silverfish. Many decks are coated in mossThe hotwater is on and off, sometimes works well and sometimes just stops working. The wiring in the building is the worst I've dealt with in a while one plug shorts out if anything is plugged in to the other one, or if anything touches it or if anything is plugged into the other plug in the adjacent roomBuilding manager is absolutely rude, getting her to have anything fixed is like pulling teeth and more often than not she tells you to leave a note and she'll deal with it later (that means never).Shes bold faced lied to my face about building policies multiple times, to be fair it may have been changed for new tenants after we came in.We were told that the suspicious burnt looking light in our suite would stop working first rather than start a fire...uhm no.(They never fixed it)I've seen her be fairly sweet to a few old tenants but these are tenants who often do her job for her like vacuum and mop the building. Some peoples cars or lockers had been broken into in the underground parking due to doors not shutting properly or people wedging doors open, we still see those doors stuck open often.Oh yes and the elevator, it needs repairs and better upkeep. Its gotten stuck on specific floors for entire days.

The company that owns these buildings doesn't seem to care about the tenants. The fire alarm system has been going crazy all hours of the day causing false alarms and this creates a very dangerous situation where tenants may not evacuate the building when there's an actual emergency because they're too used to false alarms. I don't know if it's been fixed yet but I sure hope so.

If I could give this management company a 0 I would. This rating is generous. They neglect to maintain safety standards in their units. The management company left an elderly person and a disabled person in a state of emergency by not addressing a leaking roof that was leaking into a power source the ceiling lamp. Falsified call out and then accused the tenant of not answering the door. The manager then admitted in writing to not providing the service person with a contact number (3-5 AM supposed service call out WITH OUT a phone number for the tenant) At the same time the property manager was not able to provide any sort of documentation of the service call. This is a very sad reality many Canadians face through this housing crisis. He mentioned emergency call outs are expensive and we will be send the bill. Luckily, I took tons of documentation of this interaction. The callus behaviour towards the tenants is atrocious to say the least. @onni shame on you as well for setting such low standards of care for your staff. If anyone else who lives here and has experienced something similar want to reach out to me maybe we can correct this collectively.

Newer tenants pay about 1600-1700 for 2 bedroom. While older tenants of 2 bedroom are paying closer to 1300 still. Pool is NOT avail to use for close to 2 years.. management is a feisty doll and the maitenance dude seems OK too.

Drunk, discriminatory, bad neighbors if you are looking to stay in townhouses but from 405 to 410 is ok, very very bad experience with management and lady in charge.

Very well kept landscaping. Manager = she could benefit from some Seminars in customer service and manners. Very clean hallways but the rent is horrendously high and it's not condos.

The worst company ever... It always takes a long time for them to come fix things and they will try to rip you off when you move out.
