Slowest place ever! They had us pull around to the curbside spot because both reserved spots and the other curbside spot were already full of people waiting. 4 cars waiting for food and another waiting in the drive thru. That is not fast food. Finish the order of the car in line then move on. We don't come here often and this is why. 40 minutes for fast food that costs just as much as any other restaurant anymore. Ridiculous.

Clean. Staff were milling about and one staff member who I believe wasn’t even working a shift went back and made his own burger which was odd. The manager on duty was polite and efficient .

Can’t say a lot of good things about the McDonald’s in St. Stephen, almost every order is messed up and stopping in for an egg Mc Muffin in the morning takes at least 15 or 20 minutes… the order is just sitting there waiting to get picked up by the staff, if you ask about the order you won’t get any reaction back, they first let you standing there for a very long time… they really need to improve that!

Just left McDonald’s after waiting over 30 minutes for my food and I ordered before hand on my app. After waiting I went inside because they had forgotten my food and when it was brought out to me it wasn’t even my order. I didn’t bother going back in as I already had enough. Paid almost $50 for my food and didn’t get anything close to what I paid for. June 22nd 8:30pm

We got told to pull into spot 3 to wait. Got our food after 5 ish minutes. No drink, had to go in after 10 minutes for the milkshake to be told that they had to change the syrup yet the person who we asked while in the vehicle for the drink was standing around doing nothing! Terrible service!!!

I been taking this order everyday and this one girl, did my order wrong then i told her and she got really mad and stormed in, then she came back out and still had my order wrong. And thanks for that I ordered again from Tims after that because my tea was extremely hot, hotter than normal.

Let me tell ya, man, my experience with the Big Mac at McDonald's was just plain awful. The burger patty was dry and overcooked, like it had been sittin' around for too long. And the bun? It was all soggy and chewy, like it had been left out in the rain or somethin'. And don't even get me started on the special sauce, man. It was all watered down and tasteless, like they had forgotten the recipe or somethin'. And the fries? Dang ol' cold and limp, like they'd been sittin' around for hours. And the service was just terrible, man. The employees acted like they were doin' me a favor by takin' my order and messed it up multiple times. Overall, it was a real letdown, man. I won't be goin' back for a Big Mac at that McDonald's anytime soon.

The service is good most days, I typically do moblie orders as its easier.The McDonald's app is fairly easy to use, the only issue I ever have is the wait, sometimes it can take upwards of 20 minutes to receive my food or it'll take 5 minutes.

Slowest McDonalds I have ever encountered. Doesn't matter what time of day they send you to a parking spot to wait. 8:10am on a Friday, ordered 2 coffees and a bagel with cream cheese and had to pull around to wait for a bagel. Have never once had this happen at Tim's. They need better leadership or something. Lovely bagel that took 10mins to make had about half the amount of cream cheese and didn't bother to cut it in half.
