We have been struggling with our previous dealer with our vehicle who refused to help us. We went to Honda and spoke with Jon there and he helped us find the perfect car for our family. Not only were we pleased with his ability, but the overall staff was fantastic. Mitch the manager is so friendly, and the other members even made sure my toddler was entertained during the process. I would highly recommend this dealer and also Jon. His energy and relatable nature will help you get in the vehicle you need. Thank you Jon and Mitch in the used vehicle department!!! You made us feel valued, important and safe in our purchase.

I took my Honda Ridgeline to Meidl Honda for some service work recently. The process for getting an appointment was easy and convenient. I dropped my vehicle off at the appointed time and got a shuttle ride back to my office. I was given a pick up time for the vehicle, and it was ready on time. The work was done for the quoted price. The staff were very courteous. I'll be getting any further work done there again.

Meidl Honda Saskatoon? Never ever.I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at Meidl Honda Saskatoon. If your time is valuable to you, I strongly advise against considering Meidl Honda Saskatoon, as they will only waste your time and leave you feeling annoyed.When I initially placed an order for a CRV, I was given the assurance that I would receive the vehicle by late March. However, as the days went by, I received multiple updates pushing the delivery date further and further. Late March turned into early April, Early April turned into mid-April, which then turned into late April. At each stage, I was left feeling frustrated and misled.Then, I was informed that there would be a delay, and the vehicle would finally be ready by May 9th-14th. To my dismay, this date was once again postponed to May 19th, then June 13th, and later June 23rd. Today, I was informed that the new estimated delivery date is July 7th-14th. This continuous delay and lack of accountability are simply unacceptable.It is truly astonishing to me that Honda, a reputed brand, would treat its customers in such a careless and disrespectful manner. I made my decision to purchase a vehicle based on the initial promise of delivery in late March. If I had known about the endless delays and uncertainty, I would have considered other brands and avoided this whole ordeal.To make matters worse, I have been forced to bear the burden of paying for a rental car during this prolonged wait, solely due to Meidl Honda Saskatoon's repeated postponements. This additional expense has only added to my frustration and financial strain.My experience with Meidl Honda Saskatoon has been nothing short of a nightmare. The constant delays, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer satisfaction have left me thoroughly disappointed. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice and explore other options.

I meant to post this awhile ago but got sidetracked. But a few months ago I came out to my cr v to find I had almost a flat tire, I was on my way to work. I drove it to the coop gas bar to put air into it, it wasn’t holding. I then called honda and asked if they could possibly take a look at it but they were busy, but they said bring it in. The service writer “Tim” was excellent and really cared. He told me they would find time. I was told that I needed a new tire as mine had a nail in sidewall and couldn’t be repaired. They installed a brand new tire and all was good. I do appreciate honda for taking the time and caring about their customers and getting you back on the road. Very helpful and I’m thankful.

Today I picked up a new motorcycle from the Meidl Honda Powerhouse. The experience was perfect from beginning to end! Trade in value was good, price on the product was good, and my salesman, JOHN REID was fantastic! Down to earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help! I highly recommend him! I had Jeff Goddard as my financial services manager and he was great to deal with as well. Clear, concise, and made the paperwork portion of the process quick and enjoyable.If you are looking for a bike, quad, side by side, anything from the Powerhouse, ask for JOHN REID or COLIN ENS. Both are great people to deal with and will deal there for all my motorcycle needs!

From the start Meidl Honda was great to work with. In the morning we booked an apt to come test drive a vehicle and received an email with a short but every informative overview of the vehicle and it’s features, this seems so minor but it was really helped when we arrived to already know what all the buttons did and where they were. The vehicle was pulled up front, clean, warm and waiting for us (not our experience at other places). My partner and I felt like both our opinions were respected and listened to. The sales person Sean was great to deal with! Never once got that old school stereotypical sales person vibe.We felt like they really went above and beyond, which again, was not our experience with other dealerships in the city.

Not very happy about my visit there, and I wasn't even the one buying the vehicle! My boyfriend got a vehicle there, and everything was great! The man we had as our sales associate was absolutely awesome. Was a terrific help in our vehicle findings. However, after 2 DAYS of having the vehicle, all the lights on the dash lit up like a Christmas tree, and wanted us to pay $600-$800 to get it towed to Saskatoon. We fought that, only to get the car there, and realize that the detail team FLOODED THE ENGINE, causing cylinder misfires. If it wasn't for our sales rep. I don't know what we would have done, definitely do NOT recommend going here, UNLESS you want car troubles on their supposed, 'brand new cars!'

Service manager extremely rude. Had the front wheel bearings replaced, noticed an occasional squealing noise when giving gas. He comes out with an annoyed look on his face. He got in the car and first words out of his mouth This car has seen better days". I can tell he is annoyed. Starts going on about wheel bearings growling (I don't hear it). I finally get a couple of squeals
