Went in today not feeling well.Saw Dr Pradko who was extremely helpfull and extremely kind

The policy on renewing a script can only be described as draconian. Now several times they have claimed not to have recieved fax from the pharmacy causing disruption to daily routines. Then they expect the patient to advocate for themself. This is not a caring way to aid those in need.

Iv seen a few doctors and nurse practitioners here for my primary care.they give you more time to explain your problems and respect you. I wouldent expect that anywere else downtown. All the doctors and nps have access to your file so its nice when i see a differant doctor or np with a new perspective on the same thing and they still know whats going on. its a good way of getting second opinions without having to change your helth care provider over and over again. They were the first ones to order most of the tests i need for my dx! They have allot of free things too like basic phisio,a dietitian, a theripist and even a law section i belive!

Horrible.The staff book's appointments wrong and the np lied on several occasions about what she was doing. I have had a manager sabotage my ability to get health care and was successful in getting me removed from ODSP because of the lack of management. I will be sure tofollow up with the appropriate litigation.

They should be ashamed to associate themselves with mental health care. The nurses miscommunicate information, some have a bad attitude, and the level of stigma is appalling for a building run by CMHA. Even if you have a documented medical problem, they will dismiss your concerns as psychosomatic before giving even a simple blood test. I left this place and went to my old doctor (whom I should have never left in the first place) who has NEVER stigmatized me and provided me good, reliable medical care for many years. I regret ever becoming a patient here, and only did so to try to improve my mental health, and all it achieved was deteriorating my mental health further. I'm so upset because they should know better, and frankly I'm disgusted that a building dedicated to improving peoples mental health could be so callous towards the mentally ill. I wonder how many people they have injured with their attitudes and misconduct. People with anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses should be treated with more compassion and care, not less. Either things need to change, or I sincerely believe this place should be shut down.
