I would give five out of five. But I found out today we now have to pay for the backing cardboard that are mandatory for our targets. Used to be it was up to the members to bring in cardboard and then it was free. Not complaining about having to pay a dollar for a backing. But maybe mention it on the website.This is an excellent range, kept clean. Members are polite and courteous. If you get the chance to come out and spend a day, pay your fees bring your stuff out and come enjoy a really nice range. So many different ranges and styles of shoots to choose from. Bring a few bucks for cardboard backing‘s.

I really enjoy the MP bays. It is my primary reason for going, the rifle range is a little short (240M) but not bad. The down side is for some reason every time I go to the rifle range it's always contains a few CHUD's that want to offer you their two cents. At one point I actually had someone come up and hold my 308 barrel commenting wow that's hot after it had been sitting in the sun for over an hour of shooting. He then followed it up by grabbing it again and repeating wow that's hot, I think you're shooting to fast and that I was going to get barrel warp. I dont feel the need to go further but will just state that at the cost of 308 I was not throwing metal down range out of my bolt action rifle indiscriminately.Good place, good employees, the people . . .

We stopped going to this club a while back. I felt that there were too many guys in military camo gear. Some with rifles that were quite loud even with ear protection. It's a shame because I used to really like it there. I seem to remember it being used mostly by hunters in years past. I'm not sure if that's still the case.

Beautiful facility with wonderful and welcoming people.

I phoned them to inquire about how gun licensing works because l would like to learn how to hunt, and had no idea where to start. I got great advice and know a lot more now. Looking forward to going to their range and start my new adventure.

Great place if you are shooter or like nice places.

Went there for a fun first shoot for my son. It was anything but and was a bad experience. During a green flag I had my rifle muzzle up, breach open and trigger lock still installed. The RSO came at me loudly screaming obscenities ordering me to put the rifle down. I might have been procedurally wrong but my actions were NOT unsafe. We were also charged $75 per person to shoot for one day. Don't go here. Go to Cowichan.

This is a great - truly great - facility. The variety of things to enjoy, the friendliness of members, the price of membership, everything - its well run and the volunteers are competent. Lots of great courses and events to join in on. Its a no brainer membership if you are outdoor enthusiast and enjoy camping, and target-sports like archery and shooting. Hunters appear to have lots to gain from joining too.

I love the multipurpose range because it allows more flexibility for shooters to set up/change and patch their targets. The 300 meter range has a selection of metal targets downrange if you get tired of punching paper.

Great people great range however as a first year member I was extremely disappointed to find out my $300 “annual” membership I purchased middle of august expired dec 31 had I been told that when j signed up I would have simply paid for drop ins and signed up Jan 1. Just felt like a greasy move.
