Everywhere in the world the first point of contact is the staff at the reception area. Many of us dont even know what to expect and how things will go on from there. Thats where the staff working at the recpetion is of paramount importance and the staff at oakville was very welcoming, polite, informative and kind and thats what make the difference in the end. I am not undermining the importance of the doctors,nurses, technicians; they are indeed very important but its the front desk which calms your nerves once you enter. Highly recommended if you are a student, on work permit, refugee etc.

I made an easy appointment. The procedures started right on time. The nurses and doctors are very helpful and friendly. The transactions were very fast, there were a lot of people, but still, the transactions were done very quickly. All examinations and analyzes were done in the same building. I would like to thank all the employees. I would recommend.
