I'm very pleased with both the quality of the roller shades I bought, as well as the entire customer experience. The company was always quick to respond and communicated clearly. The installer went the extra mile to install shades on a metal door frame, which had not been communicated to him in advance. I will definitely be using this company again for my next set of window treatments.

Carrie's guidance, advice, and knowledge were outstanding! I recently moved into a new house and choosing window coverings for every room was a little daunting. Carrie presented many options while remaining within my budget. She was just fabulous to work with! I love my wooden blinds! Carrie also had a custom Roman blind and a beautiful seat cushion made for me. They are gorgeous! The icing on the cake is her cheery disposition! I would highly recommend Carrie Cook with Gotcha Covered for all of your window coverings!
