I mostly deal with Sarra Gratton and Jennifer Savage at the Sudbury office. They are incredibly helpful and they are just so personable and enjoyable to speak with. Give them raises so they don’t leave! John M

My experience with Sarra Gratton has been incredible! I've never met an agent that works as hard and quickly as she does. She saved me an incredible amount of money for my home and auto policies, that no one prior to her were able to achieve. I highly recommend Sarra for everyone's home and auto needs!

I have been with McDougall Insurance since I got my first car (at this point I think its been 5 or 6 years). I went with this insurance broker because my mom uses them & it was highly recommended. I have continued to use this insurance broker because they (Sarra) continues to do amazing work.Sarra G. has been my broker for the last year or so. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She is highly dedicated to her work yet personable & fun. Sarra is always on top of the game & I don't have to chase her down to get work done. She is quick yet thorough when attending to insurance claims & provides support thought mediating conversations with the insurance company.
