Jamie and his partner Steve fully insulated a whole house rebuild for me. They spray foamed my basement walls, the underfloor of my storage attic, and all cracks and openings to the exterior. For 2*6 walls, they used batts and sealed behind all poly vapor barrier with caulk to minimize air leakage everywhere. They even caulked around all exterior receptacles. The care and pride of Jamie and Steve’s work spoke volumes about their drive for quality and customer satisfaction.As we were completing the house, before siding and soffits were installed, I had a squirrel invasion in the attic. Actually it was a squirrel delivery room and maternity ward. Thankfully the families vacated on their own, but the attic blowin was trampled and tunneled. I asked Jamie if he would revisit and tune up. He did so almost immediately and restored beyond original R-value for a modest visit charge. I’m completely satisfied with the result.I found Jamie randomly on the internet. He was very competitive with the one other estimate I got from a much larger firm. Having Jamie on site as owner working start to finish is a bonus that you can only realize from a small local business.
