Food was just OK. Service is slow.Came for lunch because of their “Grand Opening” banner. Don’t know how long they’ve been opened.Only one waitress taking order, bringing out food, packaging take-outs and playing cashier. This is a cash-only place. One cook in the kitchen doing all the cooking.Soup noodle was was only par. The side dish of Deep Fried Fish Cakes took 50mins. When it got to our table ... it was very oily. The fish cakes were brown inside and below par for taste.Won’t be coming back.

We tried the stir fried rice noodle with egg & prawns and the steamed tofu dessert. The rice noodles tasted good with plenty of wok fire". Nicely seasoned

Ordered the ‘build your own’ soup noodle ($12.99), soup is definitely watered down. It comes with a drink and got the hot milk tea, very watery and lacking tea flavor. Do not expect any service as well. Tbh for that price, there are definitely better options elsewhere.

Good food each time. Casual place so can sit and take your time when they're not busy (we arrived around 2pm).Service is a little dead after you get your order in, but not hard to get someone's attention if you need something.Usually get the same pork ribs with black beans claypot rice and 1 other dish. The other dish today was pretty good too.Parking is free street parking.

slow service. Large portion but no seasoning. The rice noodle is tasteless. Found an insect inside my rice noodle and the server said it might be the bug in the vege. An it is normal if I order the noodle with cabbage. Will not come again.

Called the restaurant to ask if they take credit card for payment before I put in a takeout order. A lady answered a simple no. I then proceeded to ask if they take debit or just cash only and she hung up on me before I finished my sentence. So rude!

A nice option located in the heart of Victoria drive. My mom actually recommended me to try this place when she picked me up from work with fish skin. They tasted amazing! Crispy, perfectly seasoned and just like the ones I have at hot pot!She told me that this place has a great noodle soup, claypot rice for a decent price. The portion (in contrast to Deer Garden) is way more way better. They have a great variety of choices an it comes with a drink, dessert for $11.50.The ingredients were fresh and it can be shared amongst two girls! The claypot rice was very good the bottom of the rice was good perfectly! The service was great. The owner came by to check on us to see if we needed anything. The inside of the restaurant was spacious, great lighting and clean. I have never been to a restaurant where the bathroom is nice and clean!I would highly recommend trying the deep fried fish skin, i would go back for more.

Shun Fa Noodle House is a fairly forgettable place located on Victoria Drive (close to Mui Garden). I had to actually dig deep into my notes to help me remember anything about this place (yes, I keep notes about the places that I visit). As the name may suggest, this is a noodle house… so we wound up ordering their Noodle Combo ($12) which allows you to customize your bowl of noodles. We picked the Malay Laksa Udon with sliced rib eye and fish tofu plus the Tom Yum Vermicelli with shrimp and tofu puff.On the plus side, the bowls here are rather large so your meal ends up being pretty filling. I thought the fish tofu was quite good and the laksa broth was noticeably spicy.Meanwhile, the tom yum broth was reasonably tangy but I found the rice noodles were a bit too broken up (making it a bit difficult to pick up).About 15 minutes later, our Deep Fried Buns with condensed milk ($3.30) arrived. I thought the exterior could have used a bit more crisping up.The one thing that stood out to me about this place was the super slow service and the inability to catch the attention of the servers. They had stuck us in a corner table near the front with no line-of-sight so nobody checked in on us and we had difficulty flagging someone for our food/bill. Your meal is supposed to include your choice of dessert however, after another 30 minutes had passed, we had to go to the front counter to hunt someone down to get our dessert and bill. At this point, we weren’t going to squabble that they brought us out the wrong dessert (this was the warm tofu dessert). So if you don’t mind super slow and lackluster service (even for an Asian place), you might be okay here.

Pretty decent. Fish noodle soup huge with lots of meat toppings, chicken fried rice also had lots of meat. Deep fried fish skin delish; this is one of the few places that serve it. Bitter melon egg silky. Congee good for opening respiratory airways.Saw everyone eating hot pot rice so tried it but found it to be only meh, rather plain with minimal scorching of rice on bottom.Very friendly service, although it got super busy on Saturday night and the food was slow in coming.

Besides lots of choice on noodles, they have dim sum, hotpot rice, different choice of Chinese Foods, side orders, tea and coffee too. Place are nice and clean.Food taste good and price is not expensive. Staff are polite and good service.Convenient for traffic and shopping for cooking, backery too along Victoria Dr. Vancouver.
