Nice small water park. Nice environment, not too busy. Good place for friends gathering and kids playing. Kids love the playground and water park.

Great fun an play for little ones, large grassy area and good park tospread play out. Enjoyed our afternoon with friends. Able to find parking on the street, but seemed like people were coming and going often.

The recent upgrades to the water park as well as the addition of the new park have really added value here. Well maintained and lots for the kids to do. Equipped with a bathroom and lots of parking.

Great splash park and playgrounds for kids. We especially love how well-maintained it is and that there are public bathrooms onsite.We will definitely be spending a lot of time there this summer.

Large, clean and incredible park with different areas - water park, playground for older kids, playground for younger kids, wooden/nature playground, covered picnic area and more. One of the best parks in Ladner!

Went for May Days and it was a lovely gathering! The water park is fantastic for kids and the local library is close by as well.

Seems like a great park for kids. There's a waterpark and playground. We were here for May Days" parade and there was a second (and bigger) playground that may be part of the park or may be part of some sort of childcare

The water spray park is great. There’re lots of parking space and shades and picnic tables nearby. The washroom needs more frequent service though. Overall, the park is family oriented located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

A really nice family park in the area. Lots of space are for all ages family members.It's a nice park that we can have picnic there. The new water park are really good for the kids.It holds May Days Festival every year. All the happy faces are everywhere in the festival.
