We sent all of our info in as we were told we could do that. Zero communication, I sent it in on March 8 and it’s just now getting done March 28. They sent everything to docu-sign, which we did, then heard NOTHING back. I call today and was told “it’s ready we called you.” UMMMM we never got a phone call which is why I am calling now. Poor poor customer service. Barb has retired, she was the one we dealt with year after year. I doubt I will go back next year. Barb is greatly missed.

This is our first time using Liberty Tax after having some bad experiences with other accnts. The best word to describe our experience so far with Nalinda is refreshing! Looking forward to seeing how things go as they prepare our taxes for us.
