excellent service and friendly staff. I am happy with the service provided to me and know that when I need dental work, I'm in a good place.

I had high hopes for Dr. Lucy after reading such good reviews but after only one visit I left the office feeling very disappointed. I went in complaining of tooth pain expecting to get some answers. Unfortunately I didn't get any and was told I was fine because the x-rays looked fine. After getting a second and third opinion it turns out I needed a root canal and my tooth was not fine. Had she caught it I could have been feeling much better by now. There were several other red flags during my visit that didn't make me feel confident in her ability to care for my teeth which led to my decision to not return. I will say the entire office is very friendly and accommodating for appointments and may be great if you only need basic dental care.In response to your reply: it's clear you took offense to my honest review and instead of responding in a respectful manner and owning up to a mistake you made, you responded in defensiveness and anger. It's clear you strive for perfection with those other 5 star reviews from your real patients" and I being an "unreal patient" just wasn't able to give you that. I filled out all the forms

I've been there twice for my son recently on a recommendation. I won't look back. I got to even sit in with my son. The hygienist was very friendly, the doctor was amazing, and even the receptionists were awesome. They have the technology to update you via email and text for appointments and you can even cancel your appointment via text. Best part is, you are taking to the receptionist via text, not an automated computer. Their office is clean and well taken care of.Kudos to you @northdental.

These people are amazing! I had a toothache for years and no one could figure out why. Dr Lucy and her endodontist partner found the cause of the pain, treated me and I am 100% cured. I truly recommend this clinic.

My dental visit went very well. Kaitlynn was professional, friendly, and caring. Explained what she was doing very clearly and did not rush through the cleaning. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service offered at the Northview Dental Centre. The place is very clean and everyone is very courteous.

After my cleaning and review of my teeth’s health, I had to come back to do restoration in one tooth. The team helped me to understand the steps involved, from the freezing at the beginning till the completion. The best part was they called on the next day to follow up, and to verify if I had any pain or discomfort! That was amazing. Thank you guys!
