Said the job would be done. Went and checked and nothing. Had to follow up myself to learn that they weren’t going to be able to make it out. Couldn’t commit to when either. Not reliable.

I’m writing this review for my grandma, since she doesn’t know much about technology. This company has been doing my grandma’s lawn for about two years now, and she always looks forward to putting out a pop and granola bar for the crew. They do a great job and are always respectful and friendly :)

Left messages trying to get a quote. No response. Moved onto another company.

I have been really disappointed with customer service in the lawn care industry, until I discovered Reliable. My entire neighborhood is booking with them because A: they provide honest pricing, B: they provide excellent customer service, and C: They actually know what they are doing- they aren't some kids renting the equipment for a day.

I usually aerate my lawn twice a year and previously used a national company. However I found their customer service lacking (e.g. not calling before they come and not being able to speak to someone regarding my lawn). I decided to try a local company and decided on Reliable Lawn Care. Michael (the owner) was phenomenal and provided the service I was looking for. I had questions related to amending my lawn and he addressed this (with recommendations) when he came to look at my property/provide a quote. Service was prompt and communication was was via text message. When the job was completed he let me know. Will definitely be using him again for my lawn aeration along with any future lawn care needs .

Very Fair pricing, super friendly, and flexible. Micheal squeezed us in last minute and was able to provide same day service! We will be using them again :)

This guy learnt how to run a business off of YouTube, highly do not recommend. Not “reliable” lawn care.

Tried this company couple time. They always make excuses and have to reschedule. Never on time. Waited all day for them just to get a call at the end of the day saying they can’t make it. Next day they wouldn’t even pick up my calls or text back. They should change their name cause for sure they are not Reliable at all.
