Our renovations involved the removal of a load bearing wall and extensive repairs to underground plumbing. They did proficient and tidy work through all stages of the project and we are extremely happy with the final product. Bill took the time to thoughtfully communicate and provided quick and clear answers to all of our questions. Even with the unique circumstances that the pandemic presented Bill always made sure that we were kept in the loop and felt like a priority. We recently finished our kitchen, dinette, dining room, & powder room renovations. Speed River Contracting (SRC) efficiently handled removal of old cabinetry as well as the reconstruction (including plumbing and electrical) of our new spaces. Communication between us and SRC, specifically Bill and Charlotte, was always, and we mean always - open, timely and clear! Even though the pandemic brought its own challenges, we were kept informed of progress plans, and never worried about being 'lost in the shuffle'. We were always treated as a priority, and of the few questions/concerns we had, Bill & Charlotte always addressed them immediately to our complete satisfaction. Very professional, detail-oriented, and attentive to our needs. We worked with Speed River to convert some warehouse space at our location to additional showroom space for our retail floor and the results far exceeded our expectations. Bill and SRC was wonderful to work with from quote to final project completion. All staff were very professional and pleasant when in our home. During the renovation they kept a very clean workspace as well. They finished our basement for us and really helped us to make a floor plan to maximize a small space. Bill had great solutions for areas such as inset shelves, etc. One day he sent us an email with a video explanation of an idea he had for a space. His communication was top notch. He is extremely trustworthy and honest which we greatly appreciated. With any major project there will always be little hiccups and in our experience, there were very few issues at all. All questions and concerns were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Bill was also very open and resourceful as we worked to complete our project within our planned budget goals. We would absolutely recommend SRC and will use them again for future projects.

Bill and his team did an excellent job at finishing our basement including the awesome bathroom and feature wall they installed for us. Bill took the time of explaining the process up front, he provided a detailed quote and timeline.
