Terrible customer service. I sent money to California through them. Sent it on Monday. was told by receiver on Wednesday that the transaction was cancelled and they did not get their money. Checked online to verify, and it was cancelled. Called this place Wednesday and lady said nothing about calling Western Union. She said to come Friday and get money back. Went Friday and she says their system is showing nothing. You go on westernunion.ca and it clearly says its cancelled and has been processed. Try calling this place from my cell. They know my number and don't answer. Call from a different number and they answer cause they don't know number. They tell me it's not in their system so I should call Western Union. Western Union no answer. Too busy during virus season I guess. These people sure don't hesitate grabbing money from you when you go to send, but give you a run around if you want it back. Western Union sucks also. Be wary...

At times in life a person needs some financial help. I have at times used this place. However I find zero concern for your personal information. There is zero effort by staff to protect your privacy. Your documents are left in view of other customers while staff deal with you. The staff show no sign of understanding of how important privacy is. They have allowed on several occasions other customers to stand directly beside the customer being dealt with not only within earshot but also with the ability to view personal details on documents. All while the staff themselves are fully protected by a full glass enclosure. Yes in the end you get what you need but high interest should be the only thing a customer should have to pay. Not your identity. Put a line que in and enforce it. I would not recommend this place if this situation is not fixed. If you do go in and you do start your transaction and staff do nothing to keep your identity safe. Leave without completing your transaction. Maybe if the staff see that your pravacy matters they will do something about this issue.

I have always had the most incredible experience with all the staff at this location.Always helpful and understanding. Quick and fast is the service at this location!! Visit twice a month and always so nice to see all the staff...... become a regular face now so it’s so nice to be treated like royalty when you come in!! Thankyou to all the staff.
