Very rude on multiple occasions and years apart. They did a good job but not worth the hassle. Will not be using this location again.***********************************************In response as said in review it wasn't the service on my car that was the problem. I have been going to the Winchester Krown rust location for years. I am not complaining about the work that was done but the incompetence when it comes to the required paperwork. I will go back a couple of years to explain. In the fall of 2017, I took in my 2005 Jeep, 2012 Chev Silverado and my brand new 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie Ltd. The Dodge was dropped off first. The next day I dropped off the Jeep and the following day the Chev Silverado. My invoice was wrong in that the Jeep was recorded as a 2004 and not a 2005, the Chev Silverado was recorded as being done twice (a day apart) and most importantly the new Ram was not recorded. I was charged for 3 vehicles which was correct. I brought this to their attention and was told it was being corrected. I returned the fall of 2018 with the same 3 vehicles. I get the invoice for them and now the 2017 Ram is recorded but as a 2016. I must stress no serial numbers on my invoice except for the Jeep. I bring this to their attention and was told the paperwork had gone to head office for correction and it takes awhile. Fast forward into January 2019 and still no corrections. To make a long story short the owners now refuse to believe that my new Dodge Ram was done in the fall of 2017 and for some reason think I am dumb enough to pay them twice to krown rust my 2012 Chev one day apart and leave my new very expensive Ram Laramie Ltd sitting at home without any rust protection. I went so far as to send them copies of my ownerships. I tried to explain that only an idiot would krown rust the same vehicle a day apart and that I do not own 2, 2012 Chev Silverado's nor do I own a 2016 Dodge Ram. This has all fallen on death ears. Sad as I have been a Krown customer at this location since about 1990. I am done as you just can't fix stupid. Trust me I tried to rectify the problem to no avail. Customer service here sucks. Guess they don't want to acknowledge the 2017 Dodge Ram as being done twice now as that way the warranty is voided as it was not done the year it was new. Wow just wow. AVOID THIS LOCATION AS COMMON SENSE DOES NOT APPLY WHEN TRYING TO RECTIFY AN INVOICE ISSUE.***************************************************************************The owner responded to this post. I did say you can't fix stupid. Horrible language. Lol. It should not have taken this long and then 20 emails to fix your clerical errors. The truth is my invoice for the 2017 Dodge Ram is still not correct. If it has been corrected I do not have a copy of it. The one I received shows the invoice as the truck not having the locked in price of 139.95 like it should read if they had recorded it as being done on the fall of 2017. Instead it reads my locked in price is 149.95 as the price increased in 2018. This here is proof that they do not believe the Ram was done in 2017 else the price would reflect 139.95. The last email I received was asking me to verify if the following vehicles were correct: 2005 Jeep, 2012 Chev Silverado and 2017 Dodge Ram done in the fall of 2017 and fall of 2018. I responded yes but that is where the communication stopped. It took close to 20 emails to get them to understand what vehicles I owned. Common sense would dictate that if they had recorded the proper details such as year, make, model and the serial number of my vehicles as they are supposed to then this whole mess would have been avoided.Research shows that according to studies CORROSION FREE has a better product. I can only hope they are capable of producing a proper receipt for the work done. Krown says customers must keep all receipts for each year in order to make a warranty claim if needed. Corrosion free keeps them for you as should be done in this electronic age. No receipts no warranty with Krown. Mr. Krown owner before you yell at me I did read this on the Krown website. Please tell the facts as they are. There about 20 emails to prove the facts.

I had a very bad experience with this location. I got my car rust proofed and whoever sprayed my car carelessly removed the tabs in my wheel well and broke some of them. They also pried the lining of the wheel well with a screw driver and broke the plastic lining. They were very incompetent with the way they treated my car and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
