Aqua-Blue Pools, Spas & Baths

After dealing with them for years, I’ve been sadly disappointed with the recent customer service. I don’t recognize anyone, no one really greets you. The tall kid with dreads is about as useless as they come with zero manners. And today when returning a chlorine jug I no longer need, I was told I own it. I explained when I got it ( forced more like it since they wouldn’t fill my 20 gallon) I was told it was a “ deposit”. This is a common practice with all pool places. I was told I couldn’t return it due to it being used?? Aren’t they all used as you drop one off and pick up another?The woman at cash said it’s impossible that anyone told me that ( basically calling me a liar). I said I’d going elsewhere for my pool needs and she just laughed and said “ good luck”.Not sure what changed there, but I’ll never return regardless of it being the closest store to me.

Aqua-Blue is very unreliable and won't back installed equipment if you think you may have a problem with the equipment after installation. They try to blame the customer. I called another pool company because Aqua-Blue was unprofessional in the way they handled the issues. We had a problem with vacuuming and Aqua Blue service technicians diagnosed it to be a leak in our pool without examining other possible causes for the pump not priming. We called another pool company whose capable technicians diagnosed the problem to be the vacuum hose which needed replacement. Stay away from this company. In addition, the office staff is difficult when you have issues, which management backs.To those who are considering using Aqua Blue, I highly recommend they read the Aqua Blue’s warranty and pay special attention to the ‘limited warranty’ and its exclusions of equipment and service on their website. It states, “Limited WarrantyAqua-Blue (Niagara) LTD.warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Fifteen (15) days for RETAIL packaged products from the original invoice date unless otherwise restricted below or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy.Aqua-Blue (Niagara) LTD. liability is limited to repairing or replacing, AT ITS OPTION, any defective product.If you plan on using Aqua Blue don’t assume that they will back your warranty."

This is my first pool. No idea how to maintain a pool. Aqua Blue team was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Aqua Blue.

Worked with Aqua Blue in replacing my parents' pool liner. They did a wonderful job getting it done in a professional and timely manner. Meagan kept us informed at all times and answered all the questions we had, plus she's just a really nice person to deal with. We rely on Aqua Blue for all our pool & spa needs - they always deliver premium service! We had them install our pool last year - amazing to work with & always deliver better than expected.

Last summer I put got a new winter cover, converted my pool to salt water and got a new liner installed. Well over $6,000 for everything. Right from the start they were making mistakes on how they installed the piping. They had to come 2 more times just to fix that. Went to open the pool this year to find out by their own service men that the screws around the steps were all loose and the pool was leaking. There are now creases in the new liner and they refuse to do anything about it. They have blamed us for how we closed it (we followed their service men's instructions) and blamed the winter weather. They refuse to stand behind their work and want to charge us again to fix their mistakes.
