Great customer service , sorry to see Lorna retire have bought from her for years great selection of everything there great product they last forever , had a washer and dryer last 30 years. And sofa recliner and love it’s actually 25 years old still getting use out of it

Live in Tofield, one of our tenants needed a fridge they were awesome had one and had it delivered and put into place same day. Our tenant was so happy amazing job to the sales department as well as the 2 gentleman that delivered it. Will shop here again thank You

Yup, great service.Only place in town that had a largest size front load washing machine in store and would let me buy it and not force me to wait for the order to come in like every other store in town. I’ve also bought dishwashers from them. Never been dissappponted coming here for appliances. Oh and they actually answer phones when you call them and a great to deal with… unlike a neighbouring store that answers maybe 1 out of every 3 phone calls and whose answering machine is always full.

Excellent customer service. Angie was very knowledgable and helped us make an informed purchase. She took into consideration the needs/wants of both my husband and myself. Our shopping experience was very relaxed and stress free.Delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were excellent. Very friendly and courteous, set up and cleaned up very quickly and had no problem moving the furniture around for me. When they left it was with handshakes and smiles.Thanks Ken's Furniture!

I bought a table and bar stools from Ken's and I must say I am very pleased with the furniture. I was helped by James and he was awesome with locating the set I wanted as well as setting up a delivery date that worked for me. The delivery guys were polite and competent. I am very happy with my purchase, it's beautiful!

Amana upright freezer quit and contents rotten after 2.2yrs due to coolant leak. Leak can't be found to recharged. So off to the landfill.

We drove to Camrose on Monday to purchase a new washing machine and needed to bring it home same day. We ran into Rick on the sales floor and he sold us exactly what we wanted, nothing more, nothing less. He loaded it into the back of my truck by himself and sent us happily on our way.Exactly how I like to do business.Thank you very much Rick.
