Recently purchased a 2023 RDX from West Side Acura. My sales rep Alissa was phenomenal, she was able to answer every question and took the time to explain every feature the vehicle has. She also has been following up to make sure everything is going well over the first week and she's always quick to respond to email or text.The entire group there was great at making my schedule work and made the whole process quite enjoyable.Would definitely recommend Alissa and her team.

Purchased an non-Acura product from them. Very fair to deal with and easy process on my trade. They gave me a fair price on both my trade and the purchase. This is my second purchase I have been involve with from them and not hesitate to do so again. I dealt with Mary Quon and he was the most easy going helpful salesman of any product I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

We had a great experience buying new tires from West Side Acura for our RDX. Service Manager Chris M helped select Michelin tires that are quiet with great performance characteristics. Chris also indicated that part of their service includes brake inspection and a wheel alignment check. Check-in of our car was fast and professional. Our service advisor, GP, handled everything efficiently including arranging our loaner car. As the work progressed he kept us informed and sent a text when the car was ready. We expect to drive our Acura for many years and the team at West Side are certainly well equipped to ensure our vehicle stays in tip-top shape. Thanks again - Chris and GP!

I am writing this review 6 months after I purchased my 2022 Acura TLX A-spec from West Side Acura.The salesman who sold me the car is Marty Q. who was very pleasant to deal with even when I showed up to the test drive and inquiry about the car in an older Ford model and as a younger male he took me seriously and treated me with respect, while other dealerships would not do so and would think I am there to waste their time.Marty truly made the process easy and tried to give me as much as he could for my trade in which was more than other dealerships would offer.After months of waiting for the car, as everything was slow due to COVID, Marty would keep me posted on when the estimated delivery would be.During the installation process of the winter tire and other added packages, Marty would again keep me updated and would send me photos of the progress they had made.When the car did arrive, Joey V. from the finance department was very pleasant to deal with and had answered all of my concerns and questions calmly and with patience. He was very transparent with everything and would not hide any fees or other charges.Unfortunately, I had some minor-medium problems with the car, but this obviously is not the dealerships fault. On the contrary, when I would advise Marty of what is happening, he would very quickly react and set up a date for me to bring in the car and get a loaner. I am still having minor issues that will be taken care of at the beginning of July.Finally, I would definitely recommend this dealership as they offer great products and customer service. I will most likely be a customer here again, and I am therefore giving this dealership a frim 5-star review.

I recently had a wonderful experience here at Acura on the West Side. The salesman Erik was very kind and thorough with us. He answered every silly little question we had with nothing but respect and a smile on his face. He really pulled out all the stops for us and left us so happy!He was very open about the pricing of everything and showed us the realness of “we have nothing to hide”, they break down all the costs for you unlike other places. We left knowing every thing we needed to know about the car. This is how everyone should leave a car dealership. To sum it up, 10/10.I've always found car shopping to be a bit intimidating... or at least that was the case until I experienced the high level of service West Side Acura provides its customers.I met with Marty for the purchase of my new Integra. Right away, I knew he was one in a million. Marty has an incredibly high level of integrity and always had my best interests at heart. Throughout the manufacturing process he was quick to relay all updates, keeping me informed at all times. Our second Mdx from our guy Marty. Superb service and assistance! Transaction still fast and smooth as before. Treats you with respect. Tells you what you need to know, no gimmicks,no pressure, no surprises to the total amount of your vehicle.We have requested a lot of favors from Marty and he NEVER lets us down. It is true that he goes above and beyond his service. He even responds even when he is on vacation! What a guy! Coming from a rural town 8 hr drive to edmonton, all arrangements to make the experience stress free were made and our short vacation was well spent elsewhere instead of at the dealership- also note we travelled with our newborn.
