Totally awesome place to go. There work is so top notch and very reasonably priced. The work is always done to your full sadisfaction and done correctly. No surprises at this place. My daughter Tina McArthur and husband Bill have been going there for many years now and have never ever had a problem with the work, prices or ANY of the great staff. We always leave happy and with a smile. Robert is the greatest.

Amazing people That work there, super friendly. I have a 2017 brz that wouldn’t crank, the shop spent countless hours trying to get it running. They kept me up to date all through the process. Sadly they couldn’t get the car running but they got a couple of Subaru experts to come in and look at the car and determined that the ecm got corrupted and needs to be reprogrammed at the deadlier ship. 11/10 would go to them again

I had an amazing experience at Otts. I was on my way across Canada in my 88 Chevy campervan when I developed a pretty serious leak from my radiator. I called a few shops and all of them were booked. Stopped by Otts (they were also fully booked) and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They fixed my van the next day even though they were short a mechanic and fully booked. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. The lady at reception was incredibly nice and Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to hunting down the parts.

From my first phone call for a rear brake estimate to the actual work the otts team went above and beyond making me feel valued as a customer through outstanding work and exceptional customer service. Definately happy with their overall sense of pride in the attention to detail they provide with their work. Wouldn't hesitant to bring my vehicles here for any future work as they really do care! Thanks to the entire team for making me feel valued as a customer and their quality of work.

We have had our second experience at Otts this week. First was our kids 80s van that was fit in quickly. This week our car blew a rad hose we had it towed there and were up and running by the end of the next day. Thanks for fitting us in.

I had a tire completely ware off and explode wile going down the 401 West. I called every mechanic and tire shop in the area and was told they wouldn’t be able to help me get a replacement tire until tomorrow. That was until Heather from Otts shop assured me that she can help me out.A short wait for her to call me back and say that she can have the tire delivered in 2 hours and help me get back on the road.Her and Cory were great help. Cory a mechanic recommended I get an alignment and told me to go to a mechanic I trust. I don’t love in the area but if you do I recommend having this ship as your go to. Great pricing and amazing staff.

Great service, reasonable prices and the staff seem quite knowledgeable. Went in for an oil change as a lot of these quick oil change shops don't do a great shop (some do). Will be going to them for any future work needed in the Waterloo region. Thanks for taking care of my z :)
